I really like the options lo na offers to tailor everything about your experience with their app The scenes are beautifully done The narrator I chose was so soothing and the activities really helped me wind down and relax so that I could get to sleep The customer service is top notch and Loonas goal truly is to be comforting and not cause their customers any stress Thank you for a great product

Three years and going strong

I m in my 3rd year of Loona Premium subscription use I m not a subscription person I avoid them like the plague That said Loona has made the difference between sleeping and not for me It is well worth the yearly subscription price that I pay I have a rare central nervous system dysfunction chronic pain condition In addition I m neurodivergent Sleep doesn t come easily for me But regular use of Loona s Escapes bedtime stories and music helps me to quiet my racing mind distract my brain from pain and stress prepare myself to fall asleep quickly and reduce stress throughout my day Their 5-minute Escapes are a discrete and effective way to dampen sensory overload anytime I need to The app is constantly being improved and when a rare glitch occurs between their updates and my phone s updates their tech support is responsive and effective

I love the colours in my Sleepscapes picked for me based on my own preferences Very pleasing and soothing along with Hz planned music which helps so much in realigning my energies and cleaning up the Charkras The Support Fairies have always been prompt and helpful also giving me the feeling that no question is a dumb one I take away a lot of inspiration and powerful positivity from the Affirmations as well as the music and stories which I eagerly look forward to colouring when I get a quiet moment Thank-you Lo na

Beautiful and soothing app with good customer service

I am really enjoying this app The escapes are definitely beautiful and calming The last thing I do on my phone before plugging it in for the night I m usually dozing off by the end The music for sleep and the Christmas night sounds are wonderful I am getting myself to bed earlier looking forward to my new night time ritual I also find I turn to it during the day to calm down or relax a bit It s quite soothing I had an easy prompt and satisfying experience when I emailed them about an accidental double purchase They refunded and canceled it right away for me No hassle I m a fan

Worth every penny

I downloaded free trial and decided to get annual subscription At first I was using it from time to time but then I stopped using Loona altogether When my yearly subscription was due to renew I was considering cancelling but I thought to give it another go Now using it all the time And my sleep improved greatly Well done Loona amazing app Keep up the good work

I rely on Loona on most nights to help me transition from active me to peaceful and sleepy me I enjoy the Escapes but also like listening to the stories Recently I had a problem with access due to an oversight on my part I didn t update the app and it locked me out I sent an email to the Loona fairies and they responded with a kindly worded suggestion that I update the app to solve the issue I appreciated their gentle way of helping me without making me feel silly for not checking myself I ve recommended this app to several people who struggle with letting go of their stress at night

Love the app it really does help me fall asleep or just relax in the day Also the company has great customer service I signed up through a promotional email and couldn t find if the pricing was in American or Canadian I ended up using a Canadian card and got charged with an additional amount for the exchange rate I contacted them and they gave me a full refund so I could sign up again using a different card It very easy and pleasant experience

What a beautiful app

What a beautiful app It s so relaxing and really does help with my occasional sleep issues I also used it during the day for a quick escape from the mundane I didn t always love the narration but the music is very calming and soothing It s also pretty pricey but for the benefit it s actually no more expensive than other less helpful apps

I literally have never had any issues with billing like everyone says If you download the app and look at what they say you are going to pay that s what you pay I ve unsubscribed and resubscribed multiple times never the wrong amount charged This app does wonders to calm my anxiety and just get my mind to focus on nothing but the current moment The narrator has a perfect voice for the exercises and I look forward to doing these every day It is almost like you enter your own space and escape normal life for just a few minutes I receive personal counseling and am on medication for OCD Anxiety and depression and can say this app has been a god send

I love Loona

Loona is the only relaxation app I ve found that uses interactive things called sleepscapes Stories and sound alone just don t do it for me though Loona has that too I need both visuals and sound and even better when I can engage Support was also very helpful in resolving any issues Highly recommended
