I LOVE the Lo na app

I LOVE the Lo na app Serious game changer for my bedtime routine and I m now addicted to several sleepscapes and use the music at work to help block out the rest of the office I needed help with a glitch I experienced and found the customer support team to be VERY responsive and helpful and managed to resolve my issue quite quickly Well worth the yearly subscription which works out around 4 per month Highly recommend

Loona has been a life-changer for me I now get a lovely night s sleep without any medication Totally relaxing calming from the music to the storytelling from the interesting adventures to the beautiful coloring The support offered is amazing I just had an issue with losing audio I contacted Loona got a super-quick response an easy solution without missing a wink of restful peaceful sleep

It s an awesome app As an engineer and visual thinker - getting that part of brain focused or really unfocused on the sleep stories has been helpful The music also great it was unexpected since a lot of sleep apps have really cheesy yoga studio music Note that the quartet price is pretty high To help offset that the lo na elves have been providing a discount so it s a reasonable 10 mo

I was struggling to sign into my subscription on my daughter s iPad The team offered multiple solutions which in my case didn t work so to resolve the matter they very VERY kindly gave her a link for a year s free subscription which was totally unexpected and extremely kind They relied to every email promptly and politely and never once made me feel like the tech-dullard I am

Open ear buds in listen relax enjoy

I love the sleep scapes The narrators ensorb you into the stories I m ready for a new magical portal A great adventure I love when you are finished with the sleep scape the colors are beautiful and in 3D looks so real With the narrator and the music its so relaxing I like the older narrator his voice just draws me in the story Thanks for making something so visually stunning keep doing what you are doing Waiting for the next great adventure SincerelyLuminous

No more trouble falling asleep

I ve always had trouble falling asleep and this app has made the world s difference If I m not tired enough for a sleep story I do an escape which is like a guided coloring scene with a narrated story-they are so fun but also relaxing And when I accidentally subscribed on two different accounts I just emailed their service team and got it refunded no problem

Absolutely awesome Having tried a ton of diverse things over the years Loona is the one thing that has totally transformed my insomnia Amazing app and very enjoyable Fantastic artwork and music with stories and on-screen sleeps capes there s a wide range on offer Plus customer support is some of the best I ve come across which is a bonus

Great Daily Relaxation App

I use Loona almost daily to relax and there are several music experiences I like to listen to at any time When I first tried Loona they only had a few sleepscapes and I unsubscribed after repeating them without any issues When you first subscribe everything is quite clear and up front both with my original and my new subscription Another nice thing is if you do unsubscribe and resubscribe they keep your data I don t understand how people have managed to get charged without knowing it because it s quite clear and up front

Helps with my pre sleep anxiety

Free trial didn t catch me out and decided to pay premium with the offer The only solution I ve found to help me switch off before bed I have epilepsy and struggle to sleep but I can honestly say dedicating half an hour before I sleep to this app helps me rest and I fall asleep pretty much straight away Surprised at the issues with subscriptions- I ve ran premium on a free trial twice and been able to cancel hassle free Don t let these put you off
