I bought a pair of Blaze orthopaedic

I bought a pair of Blaze orthopaedic shoes for almost 40 The quality was so poor I would have been better buying some supermarket flip flops The image and description do not match the item received which turned out to be various shades of pvc They did communicate when I got in touch and offered 25 reduction or I could return to China The return cost was in excess of 10 and would take approximately 4weeks to refund assuming it actually got there In the end they did not refund any monies and as you can appreciate the risk and cost of return was not viable I will now donate to charity At no point was it clear they were coming from China I would assume that the use of the word London is simply to give an impression of a Uk trader Surprised to be first to comment but best to avoid

Ordered 2 jumpers online - when they arrived they didn t match the images advertised The returns process is shambolic - after multiple emails to their info address I finally received an address in China No 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor upstairs The cost of a return to this address would be 27 almost half the cost of the items and only once received would the refund be started The chances of it arriving at an address like that seemed slim so I am left with items I have been mis-sold I ve tried 8 times to resolve this with them directly but no luck

Don t be fooled by the name

Given the name Loriana London you d be led to believe it was a UK company and you d have your goods within a matter of daysLike me you d be mistaken it s only when you decide to track the purchase because nothing has turned up do you find that it s actually coming from China3 weeks after the purchase I m still waiting but on the bright side it s apparently now in the UKSomewhere Oh and the review from Tjoeman below rang a bell yes he has the same name as the chappie in China who replied to an email I sent 5 stars Funny thatBut he has a sense of humour the Josie is the jumper I bought for my wife Update 27 December Well the jumper which is made of soft high quality wool arrived today and to be honest I m not surprised it s actually 100 polyester has no prestigious Loriana - London label and was made pretty poorly in ChinaPlease do not touch this seller with a barge pole
