Avoid this vendor It s just a fake shop front for cheap clothes sent direct from China with a terrible returns policy The item I order was an autumnal burnt orange and the item I received was literally fluorescent orange Ridiculous You have to post items back to China at your own cost for a refund Terrible - I wish I had resisted that impulse purchase

If I could give 0 stars I would DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE Slow delivery and extremely cheap looking poor quality shoddy goods Nothing at all like advertised Return process although advertised on site as stress free is NOT You have to print out your own return form and return to CHINA track and trace which is extremely expensive all at your own expense as it is NOT covered by the company They obviously try to make this as awkward as they can to deter you from returning Only wish I had checked this company out before I purchased a dress I have learned my lesson never again

Ordered 2 dresses for my holiday didn t come till I returned home Both dresses too big and such poor quality I need to return but after reading these reviews I don t hold out much hope I will stop the payment on my credit card if I don t hear anything I ll keep you updated DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYQuick update I returned the items to China by royal mail cost me about 19 signed for 12 days later still stuck at customs

Agree with other reviews i ordered a jacket from Luna London which is actually CHINA a cheap terribly made scruffy rag arrived which resembled nothing like the photo I wanted to return it and i find out at a cost of 60 which is the same as the item i bought Emailed the company who said its my fault as i agreed to this when i checked out

Anyone who has been scammedDo a charge back with your bank I did that and they accidently sent me an email from another scam clothing website when I said never heard of you they emailed again from luna London same message I ve told them they are scammers and I won t engage with their nonsense

I paid for a bag and delivery long ago didn t receive a receipt for the payment and didn t receive the bag Before payment they answered my questions quickly after payment they don t answer me I m afraid it s a fraud and don t know what to do in order to receive back my payment Does anyone have an idea for me
