Great experience

I am at the start of a Senior care journey for my elderly parents Contacted Lottie and was able to have a call back the same day Katy Jones was amazing - kind understanding helpful and warm She sent me an incredibly comprehensive email with links and attachments for help and support in my parents area Follow up email 3 days after our initial call to check how I was getting on was much appreciated

Fantastic Help and Kindness

I have been really struggling to find private healthcare for a good friend who has cancer and other health issues I spoke with Joe at Lottie who was kind and so helpful He has given me a referral who I m now communicating with looks promising Lottie is the 1st organization I have come across who have been willing to understand and help In addition Joe has sent me options available which local Dr and District Nurse have not shared and ongoing support During this really hard time we are having Lottie have been a real saviour Thank you

Care Advice

I contacted Lottie as I saw them advertised online for help with any care advice I was contacted straight away by a lady called Klara we had quite a long conversation about what I was looking for Klara explained each service in detail and was extremely helpful she then emailed me everything we had spoken about including all the links to various websites I came away from that conversation feeling so much more knowledgeable thank you Klara
