A very helpful service for choosing care options

Lovely helpful car advisors make the search for an appropriate setting much easier and only suggest quality providers Klara was extremely understanding of my needs and very pleasant to deal with I ve been very impressed by the Lottie service so far whilst considering my options for respite care and home care

lovely introductory chat with one of the care advisors Friendly and helpful and made me feel I could ring anytime with any care home related questions I didn t know this service existed but this call felt like a warm hug at a very difficult time

Exactly what we needed - highly recommend

Joe called to follow up on my enquiry from the day before what a helpful call that was We were on the phone for nearly half an hour discussing every aspect of care needs we were looking for Joe was friendly patient and really knew what he was talking about He has gone away to get more info from a couple of providers for us I would highly recommend Lottie based on this experience

I spoke to a young gentleman called Joe who was incredible helpful and he suggested a care home not far from where my father lives I had a visit to this care home and was very impressed so much so I have decided to put my father in there for some respite I am very grateful for the help of Lottie in making this search so much easier

My mum recently had a fall and broke her wrists When she came out of hospital Lottie organised care for her Katy was amazing professional and kind and made the process easy for my mum and myself She couldn t of be more helpful and made the whole process smooth I couldn t recommend Lottie more and if all your staff are as good as Katy you are doing such a good job Thank you

Excellent professional discussion about the support for someone who is about to take a big step finding a nursing home where you can be happy comfortable The care expert had excellent listening skills patience empathy humour confidence knowledge about this subject Made you feel at ease Highly recommend Lottie for anyone starting their advice support journey to finding a new home

I spoke with Klara from lottie I had no clue what to do Klara was so helpful giving me information and a facebook link to be able to talk to other people living with loved ones who have dementia I have a road to follow and lottie in the back ground for help What a wonderful service to have for free Well done Lottie and thank you Klara

Found the Lottie website very helpful

Found the Lottie website very helpful at filtering appropriate care homes It might be helpful for en-suite rooms to be identified as being wet rooms with toilet or just toilet only Also it might be helpful to have more information on whether the gardens are with terrace and seating areas i e nice places to sit in the warmer months rather than just whether it has a garden Information on access to the community and the homes policy for this on a regular basis would be helpful
