Please don t buy these vouchers for your self or family member we have 2 X vouchers and tried to use in pandora pandora is listed as a place that can be used The first try resulted in a authorised transaction followed immediately by a refund reluctantly on the second attempt it authorised then declined and didn t return the money to the card resulting in a loss of money and no pandora to show for it 2 emails and a week later I m still non the wiser on weather or not I ll get that money back shoddy company lacking any customer service save your pennies cos if you happen to pick the one place that missfires on the card machine your losing your money thanks love2shop for ruining the magic for 2 children at Xmas time

Was given a link by my employer to redeem a digital voucher This went through ok but despite an order confirmation the e-voucher never arrived in my email and wasn t in the spam or junk folder I ve been on their website but the Webchst isn t working and despite emailing several days ago I have heard nothing What a sham this Company is My colleagues are also experiencing the same This Company is quite happy to take your money then not be available to help when things go wrong Appreciate that it s Christmas but this Company should not be closed Will be telling my employer to buy vouchers elsewhere I in future

Terrible company with a poor website I have received a voucher for Christmas and trying to redeem it is a nightmare After a week of trying to get passed enter postcode bit I have given up The help line is useless as it just keeps repeating the same routine that doesn t work Total waste of money my advice is don t use this company unless you want to loose friends

DO NOT LOSE YOUR CARD Whilst I appreciate that should be obvious these things happen and the solution from Love2shop is a 8 90 fee for a replacement as they are unable to help in any other way so unless your voucher is a substantial amount then it s basically useless The one I received was valued at 25 which comes with a 10 punishment if you want to have an offline card leaving you with 22 50Now subtract the 8 90 which you have to pay for separately you are left with 13 60The chat team were as helpful as you would expect once you voiced your concern about a ridiculous fee for replacement and the chat endedBuy your vouchers elsewhere or treat that card like gold

Had issues with their cards at my local Iceland store being rejected The cards were still drained of all their values though leaving their balance at 0 Customer Services were no help whatsoever After filling out a report their reply was a short 2 sentence one that basically washed their hands of the situation Definitely won t be using their voucher scheme again Case 02285959

I have been waiting from the 23rd for my physical card to arrive I never received a dispatch number But I received confirmation of my order 76383731 My company has tried contacting the company no response I have tried talking to them on their website and the bot just closes the conversation after you say you haven t received the order I would just avoid this company

Awful Tried activating the card online but kept stating it could not be activated despite the QR acknowledging the card and the credit without issue It s a gift card for a gift card similar to wowcher I ve had two cards so far and issues with both I have tried phoning and online chats with no luck Do not waste your money

My love2shop experience was poor I contacted them using the chat service I typed all details Only to be cut off after they told me that they could not re issue the expired card I explained that I had left the card in an old purse My point is WHO DOES MY EXPIRED FUNDS BELONG TO They are actually held in the account of Love2shop This should be my money It was a gift I telephoned Love2shop and was told that they will be keeping my gift money Very poor Morally it stinks I do wonder what the high street shopping brands think of this practise We are all loosing out Also the customers who purchased the card as a gift would be horrified with this practise Disappointed Warning for others

I requested 120 worth of next gift cards from love2shop The white envelope arrived opened with the gift cards missing in another Royal Mail envelope apologising for the way the they had arrived I contacted Love2Shop straight away and was told to complete all the relevant forms and upload all the pictures of the how the envelope arrived This was all submitted on Tuesday 31st December I have not even had a response to my email let alone an update I have lost 120 as the gift cards have not been reissued and find the service appalling

My company bought me 1000 gift voucher online they are only valid 6 Months but as they ordered it a few months in advance I was only given 4 months until it expired This was for an 18 years service award I was so shocked today when I went to use it only to find it had expired When I received it in September I didn t notice it was only available to me for 4 Months expired 31 12 24 Love 2 shop just say nothing they can do as its expired and my firm just say sorry for the inconvenience nothing they can do and because of the short expiry dates they have stopped using Love 2 Shop Personally I wouldn t ever purchase any kind of voucher as a special gift that only had 6 months in which to spend it I m sure love 2 shop could do something if they really wanted to but they get to keep the money so why would they Very disappointing and I will never use them again myself
