I rate 3 stars because it was easy fast to buy Sainsbury Morrison vouchers The Sports Direct was very difficult to accept my 20 digit 4 digit pin numbers It took about a week before Sports Direct finally allow me to purchase my orders I think it was Sports Diect website I had no problem purchasing using Love2shop service

difficulty in registering and activating card which was frustrating - but customer service were excellent and prompt in rectifying the situation

I read some reviews about this company so had a mixed feelings from the start I have changed my rating from one star to 3 stars because after lots of emails back and forth love2shop eventually activated my card But why make it so difficult why have so many bad reviews its almost like they don t care anymore So we should be able to use the card now but all the hassle we have had means instead of being happy we are just relieved After all we are talking about 400 To sum up could do better

Great company a bit confusing to use but apart from that not to bad

It took ages to get anywhere but I persisted and we got there eventually

Regrettably on two occasions the process to access a gift voucher on line has been very troublesome requiring a support call each time

It took a few emails to resolve my issue and each reply was from another person I got the answer in the end though and was pleased

20230110 -access to to the web page is now achievable but I have found the user interface to be unintuitive I opted to place the balance of my voucher on a virtual credit card but the items I wanted to buy were 10 over the credit card balance so the purchase would not complete So I have had to purchase the items separately and now have 20 on the virtual credit card I d like to refund that back to my account and get a voucher but when I select Refund nothing happens Hopefully in a few days the Refund can be achieved All together this experience has put me off Love2Shop 20230109 - The webpage still doesn t work I go to Register and Activate then to the next page to register address etc and my web browser warns me that the page isn t responding That resolves eventually click the Opt out box hit submit the page hangs some more and the says Sorry Unexpected Error Try Again Later I have been trying all morning on 2 different laptops I called the help line and was assured there isn t an issue with the web page so asked to clear the web browser cache and try again Did this and same issue occurs Ironically I would say whoever has test and verified the issue in their technical department probably also need to clear their cache to see that there is still an issue I have tried this on my phone as well same result

Received 100 voucher from my employerFor christmas Exchanged for Amazon vouchers Charged 5 fees for what So only got 95 out of the 100 They sure know how to cream the money in charges I guessing they will be admin costs at point of sale too Not impressed Still not received the vouchers for Amazon But I m sure Emma may contact me to resolve this issue How hard is it to email the voucher codes

Initially I didn t get any help or explanation for my problem I repeated the process and Callum was good but Dean was excellent Gave me exactly the info I needed Problem sorted in 2-3 days
