When it comes to doing something like this on phones I m not very good but this was easy And the outcome was great The agent that dealt with my problem was very nice and sorted my problem out Excellent service

I somehow managed to loose the emails with my voucher codes on them but Nathan in the chat box was amazing and managed to find 40 of John Lewis voucher codes so I can t thank him enough Great aftercare

Impressed with the service I received

The most impressive thing about contacting Love2shop was that I was actually able to chat with a real person and not a chatbot The agent was extremely helpful as the website for registering online vouchers had gone down He contacted the relevant department and also emailed me later in the day to confirm it was back online and details of how to obtain the relevant codes to make a purchase I did not feel at all rushed but very supported and it gave me faith in at least one customer service department that bothered to listen and was proactive

I lost my card and needed the money to do some shopping as I was flying out Helen wonderfully resolved this issue even though it got sent back to sender She was able to fast track for next day delivery which I received it less than 24 hours later Helen was a star and called back with regular updates
