I wouldn t give them any of your money Be warned they are currently running a scam where you complete a survey for a well known company and then get vouchers in return for completion you will not receive the voucher you will spend weeks on emails and customer chat and they will pretend not to know what you are talking about and ask for information they failed to provide Also if you do get vouchers they are hard to use and difficult to get balance information

Just been online to activate my cards I have 400 but the website is not working so I can t activate my cards Any ideas anyone

Very limited number of places accept these If you want to transfer the value they take a cut and you can t easily transfer it all to alternative vouchers so you end up with money left on the card which goes unused Got a decent amount on the card but only a very small number of places accept these and half the list are places I have never heard of

lucky to get some love2shop holiday vouchers for my long time service award at work - 500 thought i would book some flights with JET2 - 706 flights direct with JET2 were 876 with Love2shop - felt ripped off big time and i dont know how they can add so much if you buy a voucher that says it can be used with JET2 then you should be able to use it with JET2 - this is very misleading and is wrong in my opinion - shame on you love2shop

I was given a Love2shop voucher When I checked which retailers I can use this for it showed Go Outdoors as one of them So I went to the website and had a look at what I may want to use the voucher for I found a coat I liked and headed back to Love2shop By then the multi retailer e-card had vanished from the choices but it still shows in the list if retailers fit the physical card that I could use it with Go Outdoors To be in the safe side before committing to the physical card I sent an enquiry to Love2shop It took a good 24hrs to receive a response and the response simply was instructions on how to use the voucher Not what I asked for pointless waste of resources time and energy I asked Go Outdoors directly who responded immediately to say they do NOT accept physical or e-creams online or in store Please keep the list updated we all lead busy lives and I do not like shopping and eating my time looking at retailers websites to see if there s anything I might need and want to buy only to find out the info on the website is incorrect and this retailer does not accept your cards is very frustrating I feel I have to ring each retailer beforehand ensuring the actually accept your cards before I commit now Very frustrating experience for something that should be very simple and quick in this day and age

I received a long service award from my employer in the shape of a love2shop card When I tried to choose egift cards for Sainsburys or Amazon love2shop wanted to charge me 5 of the value Five years ago I ordered Sainsburys and Amazon vouchers and was sent physical cards free of charge When I contacted love2shop now they said the 5 fee was due to the charge they incurred from those companies keeping in mind egift cards are just a unique number sent by email I recently also received a love2shop reward from HMRC which I exchanged for an egift card for Sainsburys free of charge Looks like love2shop is trying to profiteer from my long service reward

I received 2 vouchers of 25 as a gift and uploaded them to the Love2shop site as I wanted to use them on line I didn t keep the physical card Big mistake Don t throw the card away as you ll need the 3 digit code on the back to use it or exchange it If you don t have the code you have to pay 8 90 to cancel and reissue cards This comes off the voucher and subsequently prevents you exchanging them as they are then below the minimum gift card value update following their reply to this review - Having responded to Emma s response I just wanted to record that nothing changed following that response and I just received an email restating the company policy So there you go

I have received a card for almost 400 So disappointed where I can spend it it s so limited Then saw jet 2 holidays thought great as just booked with jet 2 But oh no Have to book through love to shop holidays so limited don t buy anyone a substantial gift on this give cash just going to end up buying useless things I neither want nor need Thank you for your reply I don t know how to reply directly

It might be a nice idea but it s unnecessarily complex You have to register fill out so many details online to just get access to your card voucher To make matters worse the website is very clunky I ve tried multiple browsers but it s very slow and when you submit information the page often doesn t show it s loading or just doesn t react I had to fill in my details about 5 times before it worked

Been a customer of park for years this year got a purple card I m so disappointed with it it s definitely not worth the hassle I ll stick to the your choice card next year
