I don t recommend these cards

You can spend these at a limited number of shops or exchange for a voucher to spend on-line However when spending on-line the card can t be used as part payment it needs to be the exact amount or less so you always end up loosing out or having to add your money to top up On the plus side the customer service is great someone got back to me within minutes to answer my questions regarding the part payment

Not worth the hassle

Website not user friendly Took 7 days for credit to show back onto account Not all affiliated shops are available to exchange for E-voucher When exchanged it can take up to 24hrs for E-voucher to be emailed to you As a result I missed out on a sale saving me 20 Poor experience they really need to update their automation and all Love2shops affiliated shops need to offer exchanges for E-vouchers

Beware that some e-cards can t be used online

Beware that some e-cards have to be used in store and will not work on the retailers website for online orders yet love2shop only provide this information along with the e-cards AFTER you ve selected the retailer ad submitted your code for their voucher Love2shop then say they can t change the selected retailer and say this information was clear when submitting my code it was not the instrctions and limits of use appear afterwards with the voucher not at the exchange point I wanted to use Morrisons voucher for my online shopping and couldn t it has to be taken in store as a disabled person I pay to have my shopping delivered so it s now of no use to me I ve lost 25 Conveniently the online form to request help doesn t even work Using email they ignored my problem and resent link to Morrisons voucher I said I can t use

Charge for Amazon spend

Previously I have found this site to be good but they now charge a fee to convert to Amazon This feels ridiculous and anti consumer They should change this policy Edit Unhappy with the response It s penalising customers because Amazon is the most popular option It costs nothing extra to allow conversion to Amazon

No info on how to actually use it

After activating it online you are left not knowing whether you are then ready to physically use it in the retailers stated in shops or online or whether its like One4all where you have to choose a retailer online who send you a code to use instore beforehand I messaged them but still no reply Thank you for replying and explaining it

Not easy to use

Not easy to use no help there is only pointless chat with computer an invalid telephone number on the internet website Got a a present but not recommend to buy this Better go to post office and purchase gift cards called ALL for this can be used on many shops wit hassle free

Hard to spend or convert to amazon

Hard to spend or convert to amazon vouchers etc vouchers usually come in 20 or 50 etc but if you try and convert them there is a 2 50 charge To make this even worse the 2 50 is added to the fee so you cant convert a 50 voucher only 20 so if you get 2 you get charged twice

Tried to spend converting to e cards

Tried to spend converting to e cards with two outlets named but due to 25 00 being in multiples of 5 00 they will not accept Amazon makes a charge so could not use them to spend In all pretty useless My email and account details are registered with Love2shop co uk I have now had a response from Love2shop Thank you But I will not be using them in future

List of retailers not easy to access Difficult to convert digital code into a useable voucher and online store doesn t accept voucher even though it is listed- not convenient to travel to use in-store Complicated process

Always a pain to use

Always a pain to use The magstrip readers in shops don t like them You can t use them without knowing exactly how much credit is left on them I only use them as my company gives them to us at Christmas
