I ordered a 166C Aurora WM Dolls TPE In making my final decisions as to what I wanted what the possibilities are I spoke to Eduan on Whatsapp and even a phone call he was extremely patient with all the questions had most of the answers straight on hand and the ones he did not he contacted the factory and got the answers really fast The online site says your order will arrive within 25 - 30 days I want to say that had it not have been for custom s that selected my order for Audit Aurora would have arrived within 14 days from date of order and payment however during the custom s delay Eduan was very efficient at keeping me updated where possible and I still got my order delivered in 27 days to still manage the given timeline with a custom s is very impressive Thank you lovedolls Eduan I am very happy with the order and can suggest this to anyone that is considering it its worth it

Exceptional service I was hesistant to place an order at first as I could not find much information on the company I spoke with Eduan who explained to process and gave me some assurance After I placed my order I was kept updated on production time Eduan sent me factory photos of my doll before shipping just as he said they would To my surprise I received my doll in 14 days even though it is 25-35 days on the website I was told she looks more real in person than on pictures and wow is that true She is so close to a real wowan the feel is amazing I would recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a high end doll Totally worth the money
