Abysmal Customer Service and Sketchy Company

They have a bad refund policy and poor customer service staff LoyalFans does not vet nor does it care about the legality and appropriateness of the pornographic material that their website publishes regularly When I reported a LoyalFans creator for possibly posting underage content as well as illegally taking photos and videos of random women without their consent they banned my account right away When they ban your account you lose access to all the videos you purchased using your LoyalFans account and the company does not give you any away to download purchased videos I lost all the videos I bought and they showed no inclination to compensate me for the videos I lost Because of this company I lost 60 CAD as well as a lot of peace-of-mind Another issue is their horrendous refund policy They will never refund you even if the creator you are subscribed to is clearly in the wrong and has ripped you off I spent weeks trying to convince them the creator I subscribed to ripped me off but they could not care less As long as they could pulling money from my credit card they were content Short version this company is run by unscrupulous and sketchy staff and does not care about underage material appearing on their website Even worse they will ban you if you dare speak up about it Don t bother fighting them for a refund because they do not care at all

DON T EVEN BOTHER MAKING AN ACCOUNT I SUBSCRIBED TO A CREATOR AND GOT BANNED A FEW MINS LATER FOR NO REASON I VE EMAILED SUPPORT BUT THEY WON T EVEN ANSWER TO ME DON T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

They are scammers avoid this site at all costs I worked there for 4 months and they still owe me 100 56 that I earned in october 2022 when I asked for my last payment they sent me a report of the only payment they did to me after 3 months of hard work the site is lousy there are a bunch of freeloaders asking things for free from monday to friday nothing happens there no matter how hard you try run terrible site
