Ridiculous Very difficult to returnI ordered a pendant light and to return it unused uninstalled still in original packaging it is 65 return shipping for 150 order Shipping back such an item is 10 max as it is a small and light box Do no order there

BEWARE THEY SCAM YOU ON RETURNS
BEWARE Tried to return two sconces via USPS to avoid Lumens nearly 35 return fee I mailed it to the correct address and included all the pertinent information on the shipping box as well as order my name etc on the purchase invoice email inside the box Didn t get a refund I called to find out what s going on Sabra claimed I would not get a refund until unless I provided the USPS tracking info I had misplaced the post office receipt Weeks went by and I finally found it I called back It had been over a month since they received their sconces back without issuing a refund I gave them the USPS tracking info and was told I would get my 409 refund in 2-5 business days Had I not found the USPS receipt I d be out both the sconces and my money I ll NEVER purchase from them again

Ordered three pendants and decided to return them at my expense for credit on my Visa Got authorization and returned all three in same box that came to me in Got tracking and all three in box arrived at the factory that made them FINALLY got credit for ONE only Spoke to several customer dis-service agents May be a problem because all three came back in ONE box Credit coming in 5-7 days Never happened Finally disputed with Visa and I have a temporary credit Stay away from this company Peter Flato

Zero Stars Really
Marking one star only because zero stars is not an option This company has a nice little scam going They charged me without notifying me that the product was on backorder failed to provide me with an invoice I had to wait for PayPal to receive transaction details I used to look up my order on their website and refused to cancel my order when requested telling me they could only cancel if the manufacturer of the product agreed not to ship I ve lodged a complaint with the BBB disputed the charge with PayPal and will be notifying my state s Attorney General s office of this company

Returning Goods is a Nightmare
It took six weeks to get my credit after 4 items were verifiably returned to LUMENS First only 2 000 was returned three weeks after received back to LUMENS after multiple phone calls Then more phone calls and begging to get the 1000 balance 2 months after return initiated Never will I ever order from LUMENS again This company lost a very substantial customer Caveat emptor Not recommended

Lumens mistake your problem
Since November of 2022 I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise with this company Everything seemed fine until they missed a crucial ship date They didn t notify me and when I asked for their help to expedite shipping and help pay for those costs they refused I had to order the item from another vendor pay more and pay for expedited shipping Of course I provide better service to my customers than Lumens does to me so I will eat those costs Steer clear of this company They have a 1 5-star rating for a reason

inconsistent customer service
Years ago we ordered a number of high end table lamps from Lumens On fixture Luce Plan Berenice arrived with a damaged green glass shade It took forever to get the replacement shade involving countless follow-up phone calls I could have purchased the shade locally and avoid the stress of having to deal with Lumens customer service In 2020 we noticed a ceiling fan which we liked and ended up purchasing 5 Lumens shipped them promptly and the fans installed without incident Based on our experience with the 5 fans we recently ordered a sixth Lumens advised that the fan had shipped and supplied a tracking number Using the tracking number Lumens supplied we received messages from the shipper implying that the fan had in fact not shipped We sent repeated messages to Lumens customer service which promptly responded with inaccurate responses to our problem I finally called them on the west coast where it was determined that Lumens had supplied the wrong tracking number to us I asked the person I spoke with to provide me with the name and contact info of the company s owner to let them know about our experience The customer service person I spoke to refused to give me that information stating that I should send my concerns to their customer service Since their customer service doesn t really service customers it appeared that the company isn t really interested in improving their customer service Dealing with Lumens is really hit or miss I would avoid them
