Customer service sucks and is rude while trying to actually purchase a product Can only imagine they re worse once they have your money

One of the worst customer experiences

One of the worst customer experiences I ve had I was sent an email June 2nd that my order has shipped It is now July 7th It hasn t shipped I ve called three times and each time they tell me it will be sent on Friday It s bedroom furniture I d invited guests to stay the weekend of the 4th--a month after I was told it had shipped I had nowhere for them to sleep No real apology No credit Just a terrible experience all around

Bad products and even worse customer service Don t give your credit card to them

so I ordered a LED light fixture and realized it doesnt dim with out a high pitched noise I was told to replace the dimmer with an electronic ballast dimmer That still didn t work So they gave me 25 off which was considerate of them Then months later I get an emIl stating another fixture us on the way I called and explained I didn t order this fixture He said it was no charge and not to worry So I received another fixture thinking that was nice of them for all my trouble 2 weeks later they somehow forced my old credit card through to pay 1800 dollars I spend several days on the phone with their customer service dept to no avail and was last told a supervisor would call me back That never happened So now the burden of shipping it back is on me and to add insult to injury I got an email saying if the package isn t packed properly I wouldn t get my refund Need I say the box arrived barely In one piece

Received wrong color and have been waiting for over a week for instructions on what to do regarding replacement exchange return Have contacted them 5 times and they keep saying they will reply shortly

The product was not as advertiseI bought 3 outdoor fans wet rated after 8 months of use they stop working because they were not manufactured for outdoorsI ask for a replacement or reimbursement they denied it

If I could give a negative review I would This company is terrible I bought chairs from them months ago that came with the wrong bottoms I ordered the replacement chairs and they wouldn t process my return until the replacement chairs came It took several months for the replacement chairs to come and they just arrived completely damaged Now I have paid in full for two orders of unusable chairs and am waiting for them to process my refund They are incompetent and I will never use them for any service ever again Stay away

worse customer service I have experienced in a long time they mistakenly canceled a portion of my order and now I am waiting over 6 weeks for the final part I had to re-order for install spent over 4K and still received awful follow-up will never order from them again

Worst Customer Service

I bought a Kartell lamp paying 610 It arrived with only a euro plug Customer service was the opposite of helpful in fact they demanded that I send them a photo of the missing plug I bought a replacement on Amazon for 3 99 rather than wait a week or two or more for them to sort it out There are many more places to buy expensive lighting that actually care about their customers Never again

Bad experience Partially shipped my order long back order for the pending items with zero meaningful updates on status Received incorrect product after very long wait and they show zero interest in sending me the correct product and making it right Will never shop here again
