I wish I could rate this company 0 stars I ordered a dress had to contact them several times to get a confirmation and tracking information I paid for expedited shipping which was suppose to get there in 2weeks max It got here 3 weeks later after the event that I was going to wear it to so I had to buy another dress from Nordstroms On top of that it got here and it was the incorrect color and incorrect measurements I sent them pictures of the color it was suppose to be and what they sent me and explained the incorrect sizing and requested a refund They said they would only refund 10 of my money because it looks like the correct color to them I even offered to send the dress back and 10 After I paid 200 for it This company is a scam they don t even want their own dresses back

This company actually told me that if I filed a dispute I was going to have a hard time making any purchases online anywhere I ordered a dress for my niece for homecoming and it wasn t until I paid 30 in express shipping that 3 days later I got a message saying it takes 12-15 days to process The dress is a generic dress also listed on other websites It is not custom made or anything I asked a agent for a refund since it was still not sent and it would not be to me on time for the event They were really rude and refused They haven t shipping it and it s been far past the processing timeframe Do nothing use this company they are from China and they are a scam They also printed a label just to give the tracking info to PayPal but when I click tracking nothings pops up It says that the label was created but not yet shipping

Horrible business DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM Ordered my dress months ago asked for a refund and I m still waiting on it They have no problem taking your money but refuse to give you your money back when the item never arrived Very disappointing

I just purchased a dress about 30 minutes ago and still haven t received an email confirmation or order number I contacted them on 3 different contact options they have offered I got a response on Facebook messenger They asked for my email or order to look up the status I sent my email and they sent me a screen shot showing the transaction wasn t paid and I could buy again I have online banking and check each transaction as I please The money was taken out of my account already I m pissed I didn t check the online reviews before I made this purchase I m attending a Met Gala in 2 weeks and I m in desperate need of a mermaid tail dress I m so upset I ll dispute the issue with my bank Grateful I m not broke because I would be heartbroken about my money and dress

ordered my daughter a dress on this site for her homecoming dance She wears a size 4 she ordered a dress that fit 3-5 she couldn t get it on was way too tight Paid 118 00 they won t refund my money because it s made to order but it s not our fault they make there dresses small beware from ordering here She missed her freshman dance she won t have another till her senior year how disappointing We waited weeks to get this dress and had no time to shop for another This company s Dresses are not true to size

If I could give them a -0 I would Don t order from them I made the mistake and ordered 2 dresses for my daughter to try on for her wedding I am still trying to return them after having them for 2 days RUN RUN FAST AWAY They want me to resell or donate the dresses I wouldn t GIVE these to homeless person

This is the worst website I have ever shopped at I ordered a dress and paid 35 for express shipping which would take 3-5 days and it didn t come in until 2 months later The dress was so thick looked nothing like the picture and smelt like fish as soon as I opened the package I asked to return it and the wouldn t give me more then a 20 refund and they would not send a return label After two months of emails back and forth I got them to give me a 70 refund and then the next email they said 30 refund Such an unprofessional and fraudulent website

I ordered a dress from them the dress they had on display really stood out for me and I placed my order The dress takes forever to come and when it came it s an old dress looking like something from the 18th century Contact them they refuse to give an address to send the dress back and also to return my refund They are scammers and not reliable for someone that s expecting something elegant for a wedding I get an old dress They are located in China so you have to be up In all hours of the night to contact them and they don t respond with anything sensible They are evil and wicked people scamming people of their hard earn money I m so upset With them
