I ordered ear pods over in December 2020 as of today still no ear pods The first request I sent for a refund cancellation was answered two days later with a request to be patient My second request to cancel the ear pod order was answered three days later with a response I hope you re having a great day Orders are sent directly to our shipping partners who process orders as soon as they receive them and we are charged right away Because of this cancelling orders after placing them is not possible if they have already been processed packaged or dispatched I have looked into our system and your order has been processed and awaiting shipment You can rest assured that your order will be with you soon Thank youRegards Verna What type of scam is this I will be contacting the BBB

WARNING LUXE PODS Scammers

So after a month I finally received a pair of headphones from Luxe Pods which I payed for 3 day express shipping However I googled the headphones and they are manufactured by a company called TW-40 which has their own website The headphones are priced at 18 but I was charged 60 for them When I called Luxe Pods they have a fake automated system that gives you different prompts to handle certain situations however all the options tell you that you have pressed a invalid option and it does this repeatedly So there is no one to actually talk to about the scam So if you see this company advertising don t fall for it I m currently trying to get out of the autopay option that is taking my money out every week So far I ve paid them 50 and the company QuadPay can t stop it from what they told me

I didn t even want to give 1 star After you ve paid your status stays in order placed you call to follow up and you re met with a Google voicemail they don t return customer service email requests I wish that I had seen these reviews before I gave them my money I m out of 80 for 2pairs This place is definitely a scam and EVERYONE CAN T BE LYING Scratch a lie FIND A THIEF I m going back to my trusted bank to get my money back

Request Refund Luxe Pods area Scam

I purchased the luxe pods a month ago I returned them 3 weeks ago when I could not pair them with my phone They did not come with full instructions or a return label so I returned them to the address that sent them to me I made several attempts to call and left messages No response I included the order 47999 and my email I still haven t received a refund or a return phone call I would like to get my money refunded immediately

I purchased these pods on Dec 6 Today is Jan 27 and I am still waiting Terrible service No compensation for delay Everytime customer service emails they say they are being processed now in our warehouse They will be shipped next week

HORRID EXPERIENCE with this company

HORRID EXPERIENCE with this company DONT BUY They only offer refunds within 30 days of purchase EVEN IF THIS PRODUCT BREAKS DOWN the normal 1 year receipt warranty doesn t apply to this company apparently After I sent around 10 emails repeatedly stating the set have broken wont pair up then suddenly do pair up then again stop pairing clearly faulty I just had a scripted reply 30 days only with no consideration that the pods are faulty DONT BUY THIERS get a pair from AMAZON at least you have a solid business that will listen to your issues and not repeat a scripted response in their favour All this stress for wasn t worth the cheap price THANKS MISSY who ever you really are

Horrible headphones will not pair at the same time and this is after finally receiving them 3 months after they were suppose to be delivered And the case will not charge the headphones unless you literally sit there and push them down into the charging port every 2 seconds A waste of money and a scam do not buy these headphones You can get an amazing pair of JBL audios at Best Buy for 80 dollars that you will never have any issues with 1 star is not good enough for the crap they sent me but you can t put zero in
