I received my initial sheet set and ordered another product after they repeatedly sent me coupon codes I returned the items for an exchange and never received a refund or the new product It was shipped back to there warehouse There was also no response after I didn t receive the second shipment I filed a complaint with my credit card company to get my refund

I have been searching for sooo long for a nice cooling blanket I sleep sooo HOT Reading reviews and took a chance ordered S C comforter hoping the reviews we re right well for me the comforter wasn t cooling at all Had to return it Then i took a chance on Luxome cooling comforter an WOWWW this is finally the one I m in love so much so I order sheets to and this brand is the ONLY one I will ever buy again Hurry order you won t be disappointed

I wish all the companies are easy to work with like Luxome Not that the product reflects exactly the standards that they are advertising but the delivery was fast and when I had an issue and contacted them I got a sincere reply right away and they were ready to do whatever it takes to make it right However everything turned out good and every night I can t wait to go to sleep under the weighted blanket Works like a charm

This company is absolutely tops I love the Luxome LAYR pillow that I bought around a year ago The quality is great The zippered cover is heavy and quilted firm and soft at the same time and the LAYR system makes it the most customizable most comfortable pillow I ve ever had Then when I had a problem Luxome customer service was absolutely wonderful This is especially valuable because as an older woman I was sometimes confusing to work with When I messed up a layer they promptly sent me a replacement Because I d moved since I bought it they inadvertently sent it to my old address then still friendly and helpful they persisted to get it to me at the new address I am really impressed with Luxome products and customer service

I ve bought a few items from Luxome and have overall had a very pleasant experience Their products are absolutely top-notch and have withstood the test of time in our house The shipping is quick and transparent The packaging is great Had to reach out to customer service one time and the interaction I had was very pleasant as well Overall a great company to do business with IMHO
