eSIM not activated after 12 days

eSIM not activated after 12 daysI purchased an eSIM on the lycamobile be website on December 8th The confirmation mail had no PUK nor ICCID codes showing and therefore I could not register my eSIM I ve called the call center multiple times explaining the issue and every time I was told something different I went to three different stores and I was told that without the PUK code they can t register my eSIM and the online registration wouldn t work either I sent emails to the customer support and they answer only once a week so I still didn t receive an email with the codes and I m paying for a service I cannot use

New SIM card order

I ordered as a new customer a new SIM card with Plan XXL on last 29th September 2023 with paying in advance Until today I m still waiting the SIM card even I already sent many times complaints to requests for information to the customer service of Lycamobile but without any concrete solutions Who can help me on this issue

Cant register

Cant register bought in nightshop in Brugge And I cant register my physical sim card when I try to activate it it says it has been already registered Bought a 300gb bundle but I cant even call anybody or use internet When I try to log in with my phone number it doesnt even send the code to my phone number And when im trying to call customer service nobody answers the call

Data never worked

Data never worked on samsung phones I purchased two SIM Cards at BRU airport 1 for myself and another for my spouse I successfully activated both SIM cards in separate phones Only voice service worked able to text and call out However no internet data services available on either phones It was so annoying that i have to rely on hotel wifi no internet while driving around I tried multiple troubleshooting steps as shown in Lycamobile guide to no avail My mobile settings shows the SIM card is registered on Networks LycaMobile BASE and balance of 500minutes 10239 97MBdata to be used by 05-10-2024 I ve been to France last year and I purchased Orange SIM card at Paris airport which worked right away I couldnt understand what s wrong with Lycamobile SIM cards

Now after 7 days without SIM card

Now after 7 days without SIM card I sent an email to paymonthly at lycamobile dot be 6 days ago but I have receive a response they will help me about my address I am deeply concerned about how my address was changed to a fake one as I have never provided or lived at that address And I provide my prove of address to Trustpilotreview At lycamobile dot com I would like to know how this information was entered into my Lycamobile account so they answer me under name NaveenTrustpilot reviewer the respond We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and understand how frustrating this situation must be for you We appreciate you providing the proof of address and highlighting the discrepancies in your account Our team will prioritize investigating how this incorrect address was added to your account and work on resolving the issue promptly Additionally we will ensure that your new SIM card is ordered and delivered to the correct address Thank you However I later received an email indicating that my SIM card was sent to the incorrect address which raises serious concerns about my personal security If someone else receives my SIM card they could potentially access my bank and app accounts as my number is registered for two-factor verification Given the gravity of this situation I feel compelled to file a police report to ensure that my information is secure and to prevent any potential hacking of my accounts including my social media

Literally the worst sim company I ve

Literally the worst sim company I ve gone through They dont even deserve 1 star There is an option called auto renewal I turned this off but it didnt turn off and took money from my bank account Then I deleted my card from their app Still they are taking my money No way to stop it Now I will keep evedence and sue them for sure Absolute disgrace

I have been using Lycamobile for my Belgian number and I initially subscribed to their 10 GB 15 GB and 20 GB plans on a one-time basis However despite turning off auto-renewal multiple times in the app and even removing my card details Lycamobile continues to charge me every month without authorization I contacted customer support but the issue remains unresolved This lack of transparency and inability to address customer concerns is highly disappointing I expected better service but instead I m dealing with unauthorized charges and poor customer support If you re considering Lycamobile be cautious about their subscription practices They need to improve their app functionality and customer service to avoid such frustrating experiences

No help for monthly pay plan

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the poor customer service I have experienced recently I am currently on a pay monthly plan and have lost my SIM card When I attempted to order a new SIM card I discovered that my address on file is incorrect I immediately contacted customer support for assistance but unfortunately they were unable to help me resolve the issue Furthermore I sent an email to paymonthly at lycamobile dot be five days ago but I have yet to receive a response I am deeply concerned about how my address was changed to a fake one as I have never provided or lived at that address I would like to know how this information was entered into my Lycamobile account

Sim blocked

I had a SIM blocking problem due to excessive data usage and they were answering me by email and they were able to tell me that they would unlock the SIM in 48 hours but 4 days have already passed and I still have my SIM blocked

Such a horrible company

Such a horrible company I signed up to them and had service for one day and when I ported over my number I lost connection to their network Despite contacting technical service weeks before Christmas - And is now January 8 I still do not have service If you google this Company you will see that they re laying off hundreds of staff are about 20 million in the red You can understand why Customer service is so bad Everything is done by email and it takes days if not weeks to get a response but sometimes not Boiler plate responses As a consumer advocate I would recommend that no one sign up to this company at all when this company goes bankrupt You may lose your number or together I won t be able to port out
