My inconvenience was solved nicely

I had an inconvenience my phone was stolen and with it my SIM card I was able change get back my number with a lot of convenience all thanks to RONALD Lycamobile Belgium Rep the only issue was it took a long time but communication and customer service is really good

satisfactory for my needs

Generally I find Lycamobile services to be OK but there is still some room for improvement For this purchase I had to contact twice the customer center in order to obtain the help needed for reconfiguring my phone I don t like that no sms can be sent to short numers like 6546

Very Good and clear feedback for the issue I had Joy was the customer care agent who attended to my call and she was extremely patient and explained clearly what I had to do to resolve my issue I was very happy with the prompt service Normally in the past I had to wait quite a while but I was pleasantly surprised this time guess things have improved meanwhile

There was some problem with the Lycambile website which during recharge showed as failed and still deducted money from account I did multiple recharges thinking it failed and thought that deducted money will automatically will be refunded but after some time I received multiple sms s of the recharge i did to solve this i reached out to customer service and Ronald helped me will with my query it tooks some time 4-5 days but in the end it was resolved without having to follow up again I wish these kind of issues are avoided in future and if this is common issues what other customers also face then it will be good if some options are provided in the app website from which users can choose what they want to do in such scenarios
