I had an issue with my sim card No network was getting displayed This issue was there for 5 days I contacted customer service and someone named Joy helped me out The process was smooth and the service person was helpful I am little disappointed with the service of Lyca technical team I did not receive any call or communication from them whether the issue was resolved or not The issue was not resolved and finally I swapped my number to new SIM card I have reduced one star due to this

My sim card got lost

My sim card got lost it took days to process the request ofcourse due to security reason i got a new one and requested to keep my current number I called the customer service 2 times and they asked me to mail Ronald was the representative who picked my mail and assisted in best manner I am delighted to share the process and the professionalism

I was suffering with back n forth emails and calls with lyca mobile since 15 days and could not get a resolution but Kyle really helped me a lot and literally made my day This rating is not for Lyca mobile as a company because there customer service is terrible but just for the nicest lad Kyle who finally resolved my issue

I had a problem activating my bundle for two e-sims I mistakenly bought instead of renewing my data plan I called a customer called Drex he was very patient listened and helped me resolve my issue
