I lost my SIM card and I had no idea of what to do A friend of mine suggested calling lyca customer service and everything will done appropriately Thanks to lyca mobile employee Joe who took me through the whole process respectively and God being so good Mr Joe and I was able to retrieve back my old number Thanks Joe 38383

Drex was the customer service representative who helped me today He was very kind and especially patient as I had many questions and a complicated issue He was detail oriented listened well and was thorough in making sure that I understood all of the technicalities as well as taking time to research things in order to best help me resolve an issue I have had many issues in the past managing my Lycamobile plan such as getting onto the service line to actually reach a person and being able to keep that person on the phone to help me A number of technicians have been unable to help or have had to transfer me multiple times However Drex was extremely patient and thorough He was very understanding of my needs and made sure to record all relevant details working through each area of my concerns in careful detail He was kind and sympathetic to my worries and was quick and efficient in resolving some issues I have been having It was very reassuring to receive polite and affirming help

After some up and downs with lyca mobile They deserve the 5 stars 300 gb of 5g fast internet is nowhere to be found I notice myself getting on mobile data when the wifi is slow and sharing it with my laptop Costumer service is and easy to reach After app update it became significantly better Only thing is when plan is renewing you have to do it Belgium to recieve any roaming benefit That is quite frustrating when you happen to abroad on that window of time at least that happened for me

I had issue with auto-renewal for my mobile and cancellation of Lyca mobile plans I called mobile customer care I spoke with Joe she was very responsive and solved my issue quickly

It was so cool like ice Drex my assistant made a big problem solved very easy for me Kudus

I have called twice on 1976 and talks with one of lycamobile customers help desk member he was not good and was not helping me to get my old number back then i contact direct from website lycamobile be and i meet with ash ID no 38752 he was very good polite gentleman and helped me in few seconds i can give him 5 5 stars for his performance
