1 Company not deleting all credits cards from my saved account as I ve instructed since several weeks Delete it now 2 The tip up of 20 was done due to card blocking please refund that top money since it has NOT been used yet Back to my credit card Dissatisfied

My plan is expired and reason given as belowFor your information your have purchased the plan with auto renewal since you have changed the credit card the auto renewal didn t go through and that is the reason your plan got expired They dont care about customer Not allowing to renew plan -I did chat with Dhivakar in customer care and he is not ready to help due to system design that way

Unable to use phone number at all

Lyca Mobile charge my credit card without my authorization and without sending me an email about this charge or message So I called my bank to stop it But after that Lyca Mobile told me my phone number was stopped because my I was on auto-charge and didn t know and I never asked for auto-charge They stopped my number even after I paid to have it unlocked I called many times every day to unlock it and every day they told me you need 24 hours for the number to be unlocked even the supervisor who was very rude It was never unlocked until today I have been unable to make calls and texts from my phone number for weeks I keep calling and calling and they tell me we can t do anything to help me My phone number is still locked I still cannot make calls or texts What should I do

Most worst experience with lyca Let me explain it my husband port to lyca from other carrier and did whole Year reacharge was 156 and his phone won t support the sim so he asked for refund we called many time customers service center and they say they can not give him refund but he can transfer his balance to other Lyca number so he convinced me to change my carrier to lyca so he can transfer balance to me We did that I ordered new lyca port in to lyca and he transfered his balance to my number because his sim not working And then he port out from Lyca but as soon as he port out my balance also gone we called hundreds time to customer service to asked them why this happened They said you lost your money that s it seriously Ok then I thought let me go back to my old carrier company and I called them many time for my activation number and PIN number so I can port out They don t want to give me They said do balance again then only we Will give you OMG Please don t buy or port to lyca you will definitely lose your money Frustrating Again worst experience

my phone still lock since 11 28 23 what should i do

i write a review on 26 of december about my bad experencie with lycamobilmy phone been lock for almost a month and i paid to unlock it but still lockand every time i called custmer servivce on 612 they tell me the same answer its still prosee and need 24 hours to 48 hours to be unlock after i write the review they answer me on 12 27 23 and told me to send refernce number of my case and i send it and until now my phone still lockand i called customer service the same answer what should i do more is there another customer service i can countact please let me knowthanks

Chargeback issue

Lycamobile has a VERY BED COSTOMER SERVICE My SIM card has been locked since two months and I have been calling to the company and send emails customer support team said we send your inquiry to the technical team but we don t get any reply from them I understand it s happen but I never see any company take two months to just unlock the SIM CARD

Very poor response and customer

Very poor response and customer service On November 28 I made a request for the cancellation and refund of my SIM card The customer service representative informed me that I will receive a refund in seven business days while keeping active service for a month My SIM service will deactivate on January 4th and I haven t received any updates in a month I have also not received my refund I have now contacted customer service eight times because each time I get on the phone they assure me that I will receive my money back today next week or within three business days but nothing happens The only thing that s left is that regardless of every dead line they gave I keep calling them Great Lesson Moving forward I shouldn t pursue yearly renewals

Hi Team I have reference number 98819303 submitted on 25-Nov-23 to refund money towards mobile number 1 423 313-9364 But looks like refund has not processed yet I have reached out customer care 4-5 times but they told that request has been submitted to backend team but no luck Please treat this as urgent request and process the refund ASAP
