It is so refreshing to deal with a company that acts with honesty and courtesy On the quote form I described my product they quoted and sent the box and packaging to allow me to send the product safely and without cost they advised me immediately they had received it and then paid the full quoted price on the very same day You cannot ask for any more than that Chapeau to Macback

Fantastic from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish I was previously offered just 19 for my old MacBook from a similar online retailer The condition was great and I found that a bit insulting to be quite honest so I decided to hang onto it for a few more years I only wish I d discovered Macback sooner The process with DPD couldn t have been easier no packaging needed on my behalf and the handover was very quick When my MacBook was inspected by the team they found it was in better condition than I had judged and so my quote offer was increased and I was paid by the next morning I ve never had that happen before when selling old electronics Overall I couldn t be more pleased with the service and I would highly recommend Macback to anyone wishing to sell their secondhand goods

Sent in my old 2017 iMac and I selected poor condition I was offered 50 which I accepted However after the team tested my iMac I was contacted to inform me they would give me 3 x my original offer of 149 50 A very pleasant surprise Highly recommend Macback

I was initially a bit dubious about using this company but the entire procedure was faultless They arranged the pickup kept me updated and honoured the initial quote Within 48 hours it was all done with the payment going into my bank account as well Cannot recommend highly enough Brilliant

Honest evaluation

I was debating whether to sell my Mac Mini on eBay or through Macback and I am really glad I decided to go with Macback They made the whole process really simple a fair price offered collection by courier organised without me having to worry about packaging and the cherry on the cake was that when my Mac Mini was tested they decided it was in better condition than my evaluation so increased the amount that they paid me for it I will definitely consider using Macback next time I have an unwanted Apple gadget

Trading in was super easy Collected from my door quick to process once they received my item confirmed their original offer price and paid the money into my account the same day testing was completed Highly recommend and will use again in the future

Was sceptical at first given the age of my device but end to end process was without issue Quote was issued DPD collected device and after the quote value was confirmed the money was in my account all within five working days Can t complain at that Sure I probably could have got more selling it privately but I don t have the time for such shenanigans

Great experience pick up the next day after quotation with my 27 inches Mac After their check price was slightly off from the quotation but the machine was bought in 2016 Their offer was reasonable got the money after accepting the offer happy with their service Will use them again

I had an iMac to sell and the company sent me a quote which I accepted The sending process was smooth - a delivery van brought packaging I popped the iMac in while the driver waited and then he took the package away A few days later I received more money for my iMac that I was quoted which was a pleasant surprise
