They sent me additional packaging for transit at no extra charge and also offered 70 more than CeX I believed my MacBook was in excellent condition and the grade didn t change when it arrived so I got exactly what I was expecting with the cash arriving into my account within 24hrs of the Macbook s arrival at their warehouse Can t recommend enough if looking for an easy trade in and when factoring Ebay s scandalous selling fees whilst coupled with the average sale price of the machine I wouldn t have walked away with much more by taking the risk selling it on my own Highly recommended and would use again in the future I m seriously impressed
