If you offer a discout opportunity you should state the restrictions at the outset Customer service should be from the begining I was offered a 10 discount for signing up to your mailing Then i am told I cannot have the discount that you offered Did not set a good impression and I nearly cancelled my order for my table I was so unimpressed

Hi Made in DesignWe placed this order and the website said delivery would be in 3-4 weeks We have had no email to confirm this has been dispatched and no one replies to our emails or answers the phone We really want the items that we ordered and would appreciate a response to let us know what is happening What is happening with our order

Product arrived well packaged at 8am Shipping was unfortunately rather slow and email to the customer help was unanswered for several days by the time I received a response it was too late for them to make any change to my order All in all pleased with the range but wouldn t recommend for a quick easy order

I have ordered some armchairs and decorative items on 25 11 2020 Have made multiple attempts to contact Made In Design Customer Service both by phone and email Always getting the same message due to Brexit the goods were delayed but we are working to resolve the issue and your Order will be sent before end of THIS week After waiting for months I have finally requested a refund Which I never received Update finally received the refund on 15 06 2021

They told me I d get 10 off my purchase if I submitted my email I did and when I went to put the code in it said my purchase needed to be 70 or more and mine was only 66 Super annoying and LAME Please make that clear super clear before I give you my email Hope my cushion is nice at least

I ordered 4 expensive garden chairs in March I was told to expect them to arrive in April April came and went as did May I did contact them and they told me that 2 would be on their way soon I had had to phone as I got no response via their customer service On their way did not equate to delivery I finally took receipt of 2 of the 4 chairs in early June I am still waiting for the other 2 which might or might not arrive in July They took the money when I placed the order I fear that by the time I receive the second chairs it will be 5 months since I ordered and they will probably be discounted Not impressed Very poor communication

for what it s worth sevral emails and posting a review here elicited a response with an apology and an update on the order status so changing to three stars hereOld ReviewI ordered an garden table back in March and was told it would arrive late May Not only has it not arrived and I have not been contacted with an update but in addition their customer service does not reply to emails and does not answer the phone Either the phone system is down a supposed upgrade which seems to have made things worse or the phone is not answered until a recorded voice tells at random times that customer service is now closed

Never received product Customer service sorted a refund so all good now

I want to edit this to say after the review the turnaround and response was as it should be Thank you I have no idea how to reply to your response on here to my last review saying I couldn t get through by phone or email server down about my mysteriously disappearing delayed order Today I have been able to get though by phone and have been told There are logistic issuesI can t be told when I will receive my order The operative has no authority and has to raise this in a file I can t be given a name phone number or email of the person who does have authority as she doesn t know I can t have a refund as she doesn t have authority If I have consumer rights it s not within her authority to decide about themShe can t tell me when those in authority will be in touch When I queried that it wasn t made clear on website when placing order that there were delays the r ponse was whether is said that there wouldn t be I have no issue with the lady on the phone She clearly knew nothing through no fault of her own and was simply going through a very tedious process and probably relieved to have a job in a company which perhaps has a limited shelf life if this is its idea of customer service However to whoever does have authority at made in design i understand you will be in the country not in Paris if that helps please respectfully get my order delivered or give me my money back by the end of this week Review will be amended to reflect a useful polite and productive response edit Have been contacted since this review and offered an update small discount and end date I am amending this from a 1 to a 3 because I m grateful of the immediate response and follow up but still concerned about the fact it takes a bad review to get it and I m not in the habit of using forums like this Another final edit to follow depending on whether the purchases arrive in the newly arranged timeframe edit - it arrived after reviews
