Info on order

I place my order 200309562 on 24th April 2020 On purchase they said I could expect the dispatch of my item within 10 days and that I would have received an email I haven t received any email and I tried to contact the customer care via the contact form email and phone to have information on the status of my order I did not receive any reply and I would like to know when I can expect the delivery of my order The order was posted with Chronopost 20th May but apparently refused and sent back to made because the packaging was unsuitable So when I can expect my package now

Still waiting

I ordered 2 products on 24th November 2018 hoping that this would be sufficient time for them to be delivered in time for Christmas My order is still processing I chased this up with Made in Design on 10 12 18 who told me that the items would arrive in their warehouse the week before Christmas and then would be despatched I didn t hear anything after that I ended up ordering a present from another store and I m glad I did Just hope I get my money refunded now

Not able to get hold of anyone

Not able to get hold of anyone Spent 30 minutes on hold then got through to a french message I couldn t understand Foolishly tried again for another 35 minutes to get the same thing Have emailed and no reply As you seem to be responding to these messages please can you tell me what is happening with order 200289252 Update I have replied as the item I wanted is no longer in stock I have asked for a full refund please can you confirm how long a full refund will take as some reviews on here say they are still waiting

Poor customer service

We had the wrong stool delivered and customer service was poor - short and rude on the phone We had to deliver the wrong stool to the post office ourselves in the huge box it came in although it was a small stool It would have been nice if you had offered to pick it up yourselves as it was your mistake We eventually got the right stool delivered to us but only once I had chased with a tracking number

delivery time not respected at all

For the third time I ordered through them and regret it My chairs were supposed to be delivered within three weeks and one month later I am still waiting for them which is an issue because Ian now living the country Same issues with other products You don t get any information from them st least to apologise for the delay

Poor Deluvery by Couriers

Purchased the Alessi Crib which I was very pleased with However Madeindesign have been badly was let down by their delivery couriers Knowing I would be away had left details in the special instructions box at the time of ordering asking that it be left in an outside toilet Got home to find it dumped under a hedge at the front gate soaked through including the storage box it comes in

Not ideal

The actual design of the shelf looks good but the fixtures were awful and not fit for purpose My husband managed to use some of his own materials to add to and secure the fixture If not we would have to throw it away due to how much of a hazard it would have been We looked to return it but the MID Returns Policy and pricing is shocking

When you purchase things which are in

When you purchase things which are in stock you would expect dispatch to be within 24h and shipment to reach you within 5-7 working days My order took over 3 weeks to be delivered Also it should be more clear that the company is based in France and all shipments come from there therefore are longer Competitors such as Ambientedirect are way more efficient

Be careful

This company is ok when things go well But they simply disappear if not - I am still chasing over 1500 outstanding refund from February They did not deliver my lights I had to follow up after 10 weeks and now they do not respond to my requests to have the money refunded I am very concerned about this money now

Took money but not delivered items

ordered items from this company then got an e-mail saying they would be delivered feb 2021 but they took the monies out of my account in Dec 2020 I usually expect companies to only take the money once the delivery has been completed I have contacted them by e-mail to refund the monies until delivery is made and after 4 days have had no response They also offered a 10 discount if I signed up to the news letter which I did no discount was given I am beginning to wonder if this company is a scam
