Poor customer service - in fact no customer service
Made in Design failed to include an item that they said was included in the delivery Despite 2 phone calls and 3 online queries and e mails they still have failed to contact me beyond saying they are taking up the issue with the courier Photographic evidence was sent clearly showing the item was not included in the delivery They should just send out the missing item Not the service I expect from a high end company
