Excellent service again dont understand the negative comments

Bought a Belstaff jacket from mainline cannot fault anything Prompt delivery and really really well packaged Ive used these guys numerous times and never had an issue Returns are easy too and refunds are issued quickly 5 Thanks guys

Super happy

In honesty I was worried by the reviews and was really not encouraged to order but I did as I needed a particular size that was not easily found on other websites for the sweatshirt I wanted I then needed to cancel the order for unforseen reasons The customer support were SO HELPFUL AND AMAZING They helped and were very supportive throughout the whole process Would highly recommend if you are unsure like I was

Shocked to read a single negative review I ve used them regularly for over 10 years I m big in to my clothes and trainers and do pretty much all my shopping through Mainline Menswear I ve made 100 plus orders over the years and every single one has been spot on Perhaps these negative reviews are some sort of spam Or one disgruntled customer using numerous accounts

I cannot fault my experience with Mainline Menswear We have ordered quite a few items from them this year and if they don t fit and are returned the returns and refunds are processed immediately I have only returned a few items as usually the products and quality are spot on The customer service team are excellent too

Great experience

I do not understand the negative reviews for this company I have ordered twice in as many weeks and on both occasions the order was despatched within 24 hours and received with 3 days On the 2nd occasion I returned an item as it did not fit and the refund was processed within a day Can t fault them designer brands at a great prices and a great customer experience Don t be put of by those who whinge and are never happy My only wish is that they did not use Royal Mail as I find them pretty desperate lol

Never had a problem i bought 2 Armani tracksuits at half price 85 instead off 170 on black Friday bargain if you ask me plus any other time I ve bought from them no problems with delivery or returns and I ve been using them for years

Fabulous company great gear great prices great staff asked for to get it on a next day Saturday delivery after ordering which I hadn t ticked quick email and email back within the the to ensure me this wouldn t be a problem just a great company and great service don t use anybody but Mainline

1st time return exchange

I live in the U S have been a loyal customer for many years I guess I ve been lucky because I ve never had to return exchange a purchase until my last one Even though I studied the Size Chart very carefully the item was too big My return exchange experience was very satisfying because of outstanding customer service from across the pond

No Problems

Ordered on 3 occasions over the last couple of years a couple of FP polos and som Adidas t shirts that had to be swapped as they were miles too big All went very smoothly with no issues whatsoever and some good sale prices as well
