good if you don t have to return an item

starts well easy to order with emails to notify next day delivery with tracking Item turns up damaged could have been sent like this or damaged during transit sent back item within one hour for a replacement and was received back at their returns dept 48 hours later item then stayed in their returns dept for 5 days then product goes out of stock Luckily i only use paypal online and did a dispute they refunded immediately

They send e-mail to their subscribers with offer Sale etc To be honest I can t see any offer in their prices also I wont to buu some superdry t-shirt on Sale but the prices was higher than Superdry website and you have to pay for delivery as well I check MM direct for more than 1year and I did t buy nothing from them yet due to high prices Better offers from Usc or Zalando

Missing item awaiting reply

Ordered a jumper a couple of days before Christmas when the parcel arrived it was empty Not sure if it was a processing error or shipping error but I am still to receive this jumper and awaiting a response from Mainline Menswear Slightly disappointed as it was a gift for the other half

Received one of the two items I ordered

Received one of the two items I ordered but after reporting a damaged package and missing item I got no additional support and the postal service was blamed Clearly not my fault I provided photos of the damaged tampered parcel and although they say they checked their CCTV I can only go by their standard returned email I would have expected Mainline to take some responsibility I didn t ask for a refund just a replacement and was basically told to swivel

I think this company is still living in

I think this company is still living in the dark ages Something as simple as to return or exchange is not straight forward atall They don t have a return slip in the package and you get charged a fee even when it states in its FAQ that it is free for exchange items Other companies like Superdry don t charge for delivery and returns and have very clear instructions and include a returns slip in the package This company needs to catch up to it s customers satisfaction

Crap Return Polcy

Order shirt in sale 42 which was to small so had to rerurn it to them No free returns which wasn t made clear on the site as wouldn t have bought it Return policy made it clear they would go over it with a fine tooth comb before refunding All original packaging re-used and sent off in the manner in which I recieved it and for reasons best known to them with no explanation they refunded me 38 01 Go figure So it cost me arounf 8 to handle one of their shirts Last purchase I will make from them

Cheap looking expensive costing

Wasn t happy that returns were charged The clothes I bought were expensive and some were well-undersized I had to get an XL in a Lacoste jumper and M for another that was the same but different colour And I was made to pay to return I got an XL which I had to get tailored but looks very cheap now The XL one doesn t even fit on the sleeve after one wash CS is pretty poor I don t know if they offer a way of reviewing items

Ordered some plain Paul Smith t-shirts Package damaged not bothered about that but items obviously fake - on one of them part of the the sleeve was stitched to the shirt where it shouldn t have so I had to unpick it

I have to say I had absolutely no

I have to say I had absolutely no issues with delivery it was delivered on time I bought Armani jeans and a Belstaff jumper I have bought quite a few pairs of Armani jeans over the years and I have to say I think the Armani jeans from Mainline are fake There is no stitching on the back pockets The Armani badge logo on the back pocket feels sharp this is inside the back pocket There is a badged logo with E logo A on the small pocket at front on your right hand pocket I have never ever seen any of these things before and must have bought at least 10 pairs of Armani jeans This is why I think they are fake

Sent the wrong size item

Sent the wrong size item Listed American sizes which is not stated and was a nightmare to return After a week they have finally issued a refund but have taken the delivery fee This is not fair as it is not my fault they have listed the item in American sizes Who would know they are US sizes when you are ordering within the UK From what I have read on here it seems to be pot luck if you get what you ordered I am now having to wait a further upto 10 days to receive the money from Clearpay I started the return on the 3rd of January It is now the 10th and now upto another 10 working days to retrieve the money I am only giving 2 stars as I am actually getting my money back
