I contacted this Company to apply a 2 coat resin coating to an industrial unit floor Martin the owner was prompt and obliging with his quote However from this point their service and workmanship was dire Several areas of the floor were missed completely on the 2nd coat Martin told me initially to ring him if I had any problems He insisted on payment by proforma invoice and once he had been paid he didn t want to know He agreed to rectify the situation if I paid for the materials at a discounted rate again wanting payment upfront Then prior to the agreed date for the work to be carried out he asked for double what we agreed I shouldn t have had to pay another penny as the work wasn t carried out as promised in the first place An appalling attitude and a prime example of taking your money and then run On their google reviews another person had a similar problem to me and was treated the same I wouldn t touch Maintenance Supplies Contracts with a barge pole

Add on from Isabel Hall s review I told Martin what I thought of him and his company s attitude and I received this text from him There s 350 000 of work completed in July so you are a negligible minority And yes you are From this it is evident that as my resin flooring job was a small one that it didn t matter that a poor job was made And because of this I have no right to complain Money first customer care last Avoid Martin Blunt Maintenance Supplies Contracts and find a company that will do a better job and not just vanish into the sunset with no care whatsoever for the paying customer

I couldn t leave 0 stars unfortunately
We had Maintenance Contracts Ltd based in Cheshire in to lay us an epoxy resin floor for the garage we were quoted for non slip never applied to the floor We closed for a full week and opened the following Monday Initially it looked amazing However by the Tuesday the floor appeared to have pin holes in large sections we had bubbling and large cracks have now appeared We have had another company in to do a survey on the floor and they ve said shoddy workmanship They thought we had already paid and were not responding to any contact we attempted to make When they realised we hadn t paid we couldn t stop the emails To move forward we agreed a 50 credit this credit note was issued and we paid A day later we had a visit from Frank who said he had bought the debt The debt that was credited He was frightening Taking pictures and demanding money We quickly realised that this man Frank was actually the owner of Maintenance Supplies LTD or whichever company they bill you from- they have 3 companies all with the same director Martin Charles Blunt He came in the van they arrived in to do the works and with the power of social media and companies house we figured it out Be very wary Police have been contacted and this visit has been logged

Excellent Service
Good quality service from Maintenance Contracts They did a 96sqm floor screed for us with limited access and facilities The work is well priced Ben and the team are very easy to deal with and extremely helpful The team on site communicated very well did the job to an extremely good standard were respectful to all site procedures and personnel Following the work the area was clean and tidy Couldn t fault at all - would recommend
