Great Customer Service
I bought the Zens charger in January this year and have been very happy with it Unfortunately the cable and adapter were lost during my move three weeks ago I have tried to repurchase these parts in store but without success I then asked the customer service where I could get a replacement I was answered immediately to the effect that unfortunately you can t buy the cable and power adapter separately anywhere but they would send me replacements as a gesture of goodwill on a service basis So it happened a few days later I received both without any cost sharing not even for shipping to Germany In addition the customer service has certainly very friendly inquired whether everything would be to my satisfaction I m really very impressed by the customer orientation of the company Zens I had not expected such a concession and I also find by no means self-evident Really great and the product is very good anyway Many many thanks
