No care for patients
For a company who speaks of patient care they really do not care about their patients see us as cash cows Will not listen to me about my problems seem to think they know more about what s wrong with me tolerance better than I do They do not care about the people in their care would rather get more patients than staff so you are on hold for over 45 mins or no one answers Emails are just never replied to You should be told when your meds are sent I only get information from Royal Mail at around 8-9 at night tracking number everything I m still waiting for a manager to ring me back after leaving out meds from a delivery from 4months ago I would love to leave the company but I payed 200 up front and will never get that back so I m trapped
