Iv been with mamedica for around 8

Iv been with mamedica for around 8 months now and it s getting worse and worse always having to wait for your medication they don t care leaving you with nothing and trying to phone the clinic good luck to u and if you are lucky enough to get an agent if they need to phone you back or if you email them and your waiting for a reply most of the time they don t even bother getting back to you they don t care about there patients obviously there to intrested in taking on new patients when they can t even care for the once s they have

I had high hopes now just problems

I had high hopes excuse the pun Read some great reviews great access scheme so I transferred from another clinic Staff are nice but after nearly a year with mamedica you should be aware of thesePROBLEMSDr appts are just a checkbox exercise your Dr will not check in on how your doing or really discuss your condition and how different strains can help - if you want an additional appt then you pay for it- I would expect more from a private practice Repeat prescriptions and delays - this is a big one and for so many others aswell They do not manage there stock well at all it s first come first served and they do not update the website when out of stock so a lot of the time what you order has already gone out of stock and can be upto a week before they call you to tell you this adding delays You have to ask to pay by card - they use some dodgy bank transfer company called crezco by default You have to call or email to ask for a card payment link Adding delays of upto 2days just to get a payment link It s 21st century everyone pays by card Delivery- they use Royal Mail next day by 1pm You must be in to collect with ID no one else can sign for it unlike other clinics Problem is you will never know when it s coming mamedica do not tell you it s been dispatched and you only get a notification on the morning of delivery from Royal Mail and with all the delays at mamedica it can take days of guessing when it s coming This has an impact if you need to go out school runs work etc Withdrawals - having these kind of problems and delays to receiving your medicine has serious impacts on your health mental wellbeing which mamedica are well aware of as there a specialists in cannabis Just read some of the other reviews to see how it s effecting people Cannabis withdrawals are not nice And when most patients are spending on average 300 a month you would expect this not to happen If a Dr on the NHS prescribed a drug then caused you withdrawals due to bad business decisions operations then you would have an every right to complain to the General Medical Council I put in my repeat prescription on 13th may and still not received 15days later I have had empty promises of call backs to let me know when it s coming Still here waiting clueless as to when it will come and had withdrawals for last 2 days This is the fourth time mamedica have put me in this situation of withdrawals All Drs have a duty of care and swore an oath to that effect this clinic needs auditing and its practices and its impacts on patients needs reviewing Unfortunately my high hopes are now low hopes and will be looking for another clinic after a year

Great at promotion awful at the rest

Great at promotion shocking at providing a consistent service 6 months in and I m moving to another company Olivia is a legend everyone else is useless or make unkept promises including the management

Medication delays

Started off well ordering medications last few months however has been a total nightmare trying to get my sons medication Constantly going without medication due to lack of communication from Mamedica and constant phone calls chasing meds Keep post dating prescriptions without letting us know and items commonly not in stock by the time of dispatch very frustrating Now looking to go elsewhere

Needs big improvements

Update-Still needs big improvements dispensing items and communication regarding delivery dates I spoke to Olivia who s taken over after being lied to by the dispensary again and respect for Olivia being honest unlike the rest of mamedicas staff so 5 stars for her The MC scene in the uk appears to be about rich people getting richer and loving the high life taking big money for a natural product while treating vulnerable patients like dirt Jon Robson should be banned from having anything to do with the medical cannabis market

Terrible please avoid to save yourself As an organisation who claim to improve the lives of their patients they ve done nothing to improve the quality of my life except increase my levels of anxiety when repeat prescription time is due Similar to one of the other patients reviews the service you will receive at the start will be 5 star However over time this gets worse and worse I ve been on hold with them for 45 mins several times When it s time for you to have a follow up appointment they hound you to make an appointment and even try to get you to pay whilst they are on the phone with you It s as if they are incentivised to do so This is the type of behaviour that you will see from scammers No complaints about the medication or the treatment from the medical professionals But they lose 3 stars for everything else Please avoid if you want to improve your condition and look for alternatives Luckily there are several other clinics now which have much better service

Let down again

Let down again 6 days without flower 4 hours of phone calls and still nothing sent out Constant staff problems Very poor online service Flower list is out of date and not all on there This company is very disorganized slow unhelpful in general and just can t get flower out fast enough For me it s been extremely stressful dealing with mamedica Definitely would not advise anyone to join Take no notice of that fool with green hair promoting this company it s a fix he s obviously getting a back hander His recorded dr consultation was nothing like mine It was a show for YouTube Mine was what do u want Ok Took 3 minutes

Still can t get their act together

Still can t get their act together Can t get invoices sent out on time or get them correct Constantly having to call them with estimated 1 hour waiting time each call They also do not participate in T21 scheme so no discount for anyone If your on benefits forget it it s gonna work out too expensive I d try alternaleaf or elsewhere I d not choose mamedica if I was doing this again
