Iv been with mamedica approx 3 months Finding good flower is not easy so I ll give a quick review on what iv had so far Curaleaf high silver Absolutely rubbish 3 10 Curaleaf gorilla glue 4 Terrible and wet 2 10 Tyson nyc diesel Bud rot Dead flower 4 10 Hexacan mango Horrible dark green 4 10 Pure sun farms pink kush 6 10 nice Aurora pink kush Wet 4 10 Limir cookie kush Bit damp but nice 7 10Grow vannila ice 5 50 a gram Nice smell nice taste 7 10 Tilray white widow Awful 3 10 Tilray sweet island skunk Awful 3 10 As I order more I will post more results My grading is based on quality not personal preference Less experienced users Wil no doubt be far more effected than experienced users so if you prefer mild poor quality flower go for the ones listed as 5 or below New lot today Cookie kush Didn t arrive Peace naturals gmo cookies What a let down looked forward to this one Very very disappointed 6 10 Wet sweated nasty looking tastes nasty really harsh Somai mac Very nice 5 50 a gram and way way nicer than the gmo 8 10 It s really pot luck on here No chance to look before u buy and most bud is not what it says Poor quality rubbish with the odd nice bit now n then Very hard to find nice buds Most is old Sweated Over irradiated Compressed No smell No flavour Just crap it s been all round the world before it gets here u fortunately after a lot of research it seems mamedica is actually one of the better clinics but can only provide what they can source which mainly is not all that great so far As I am on benefits and unable to work due to my conditions paying 8 a gram upwards is not possible It s really hard to find the money each month so it s not really possible for a lot of people when street bud can be a lot cheaper and a lot better Legally your kinda stuck with this or break the law It s not much of a choice So for now it s just a matter of wasting lots of money trying to find affordable strains that are good quality and work for me which some of these havnt either due to poor quality or the strains were not useful for my condition Others have worked the rating given is not based on what works for me What worked for me so far I suffer from a nervous system pain related issue and bad anxiety Standard meds from Dr didn t work for me Cookie kush good for anxiety and pain Vanilla ice Nice but not as good for anxiety or pain it was ok GMO cookies Good for anxiety and pain Miracle alian cookies Mac nice buds Good for pain Not good for anxiety Sunfarms pink kush Good for anxiety The rest didn t help as much as these for me

So for the most part I am happy with

So for the most part I am happy with mamedica as my clinic but I ve never seen the same doctor twice and given we pay for appointments I would really appreciate continuity and genuine interest in me as a patient

They are nice people but the service isnt right yet

Have been stressed by the service but rewrote this later on three stars is about right The staff on the phone are fantastic Polite and always helpful The organisation of orders is a mess There is no sent message which imo means the dispensary phone is always engaged we all have anxiety and stress issues and no sent notes That has to be sorted asap After two months I realised that the strains I just tried out and want more of have all run out so just like street weed there Seems to defeat the object The prices are high but quality is top shelf so cheap by comparison Over all the stress has been high due to not knowing when orders will arrive untill the day they do and also due to stock issues when they had some of my order in stock but didnt post it as they wanted to send it all at once which delays arrival even more Its been a legal market for a few years now I presumed the supply would be continious It may not be down to Mamedica who knows They are nice people but the service isnt right yet

frustrating process that s supposed to be easy money taken

Really quite frustrating as what s supposed to be a easy process has been anything but that so far with a slow Dr surgery who have caused hold ups having already PAID for consultation with continous calls to BOTH mamedica dr s surgery I have learnt today that due to a human error wording of not even a paragraph in what is very dated medical history over over 5 years ago no longer relevant I have been told I can ONLY be helped with written documentation confirming this rather than call me back to discuss thus matter the wait times when calling have been ridiculous at times this past week with so far as to nearly 40 mins at one point To take my money then be told this it s not right I expected to have a follow up email today confirming I am being refunded as I have asked that as I do not wish to go further unless I have what I m being told is no longer being relevant to my medical history for someone s mistake within the NHS preventing me getting help as NO therapy or medications have helped in my 13 years of struggles

Good Service but Ordering System Needs Improvement

Overall Mamedica s customer service is good with some operators being particularly helpful The appointments are short and sweet making the process quite efficient However there is room for improvement in the ordering and invoice system The wait time for invoices is often too long and I sometimes have to chase up the pharmacy regarding my medication This inconsistency suggests they might be understaffed struggling to keep up with the number of patients

Really easy to get started but

Really easy to get started with Mamedica but unfortunately I have been receiving prescriptions now for three months and have had to chase the invoice every month meaning my medication is always late arriving leaving me vulnerable with no meds for days and never an apology just blames the systems very disappointed when paying a premium price for what is not so far a premium service So what could help Clear communication of hold ups Clear and accurate guarantees that are upheld i e they repeat that it takes 2 days to get an invoice and up to 5 days delivery this is not accurate it takes nearly 5 days for Ur invoice to be processed and between 1 and 7 days for delivery this is the average I have found in my first 3 prescriptions The new pharmedica app so far is useless but promises to fix most issues by the end of this month this was guaranteed by a member of the pharmacy team today In all the doctor is great but the service afterwards needs allot of work as a training and compliance officer I know this isn t an easy task but it needs to take priority before expanding the business any further

Well after numerous phone calls

Well after numerous phone calls No invoices wrong invoices nothing being sent or sent to wrong address and being locked out of my account during a zoom meeting with consultant at last things seem to be getting better thanks mainly to Nicola and Gemma A good will gesture has been offered from mamedica and at last iv got invoices and have at last received some flower which for the price is t actually too bad I m really hoping things will now run a bit smoother thanks again to Nicola for putting the effort in and putting up with my bad temper

Good quality care and medication but quite unreliable

The doctors and staff here are brilliant and extremely understanding The care delivered is exceptional apart from the fact that the clinic is quite unreliable as there stated wait times frequently go over there allocated time Called today and they had lost my prescription request and I ve now been out of medication for three days Hence the loss of two stars

Honest review

I will be totally honest i have been with mamedica for over a year now i have only been with mamedica so i cannot compare it to any other clinic the service i have found friendly and cooperative although quite often the call backs IE someone will call you back about your issue never happens The product quality again has been very hit and miss i have found stuff that works and was good quality and you could tell it was fresh by colour and smell for the same stuff to become very aged and almost stale there is NO consistency in the products that i have seen over a year sometimes you get medium to large buds other times its a tub of pocorn nugs trim almost and often there is small batches IE you like something but it only showed on the list one month and you never see it again and i dont know if these are issues that mamedica have any control over but i feel that quality control could improve overall and perhaps allowing customers to see how fresh the product is beforehand as for a lot of people this makes a huge difference so overall the staff are helpful and friendly but as with most things there IS room for improvement and product Q A could be more professional and a bit more consistency

I ve been with MAMEDICA for 9 months

I ve been with MAMEDICA for 9 months and had 40g every month and tried 36 different statins and I would say that the website needs to be better and India s and staivas need to be stated on the menu and most of the medicine is dry with no smell
