Honestly it would be a 5 review

Honestly it would be a 5 review but as the company currently is going through growing pains and a big influx of new patients It s starting to cause minor delays to things like phone waiting times and reciving invoices I understand that this is going to happen during this period and I have to accept that this will happen to all clinics Although this is happening I can t say how much I appreciate their staff members There are some brillant members of staff there who really do go above and beyond to make sure you re getting everything you need from information to any issues being remedied I have had the odd 1 or 2 members of staff have issues but I could tell they was new an in training so I don t mind minor issues or the odd forgotten return call as the regular staff members seem to email me instead I appreciate the good work they do here and I hope it continues to improve in the near future

I ve been a patient with them since the beginning of 2023 I had an issue with one of the consultants and they solved it There have been small problems with appointments but the communication from the admin team is 10 10 They make you feel like you care as a patient even if you are in a reduced cost scheme and that says a lot about them in terms of their ethos

To the Team at MAMEDICA I ve deducted one of the stars for this review The delay waiting for invoices to arrive is having a knock on effect to your patients The bad bits I m now on day 10 and still have not received any invoice Staff taking patient orders without having the medication in stock Having to order stronger medication that is more expensive due to your stock running out leaves a very bitter taste Please be advised I use ALL of my War Pension to pay for my medication from you and it helps me get through a day CPTSD and Pain when you run out and I have to use the more expensive and stronger stuff it knocks everything out of sync Please address these issues to improve the patients experience

Staff are always friendly and willing

Staff are always friendly and willing to help be it support or consultant however I have had consistent issues with receiving my prescription This issue has been persistent since I was moved to shared care The overall quality of the medication is good and the freedom to change meds as you see fit to find the best for you is great

All staff members I have dealt with

All staff members I have dealt with have been very good with giving me information and explaining the questions I have asked The delivery service is always spot on The only thing I feel that needs improving in the invoicing system i feel sometimes it s slow Other than that very happy with Mamedica

3 month review

I m almost halfway through my 3rd prescription and since starting everything has changed I ve only taken opiate painkillers twice since starting my prescription and have also reduced my diazepam only by 2mg a day but it s something I was struggling with and my general mood at work and home have improved so much this is absolutely what I was looking for thank you Mamedica

Overall I d give my experience with Mamedica a 8 10 Discreet quick delivery happy with all the flower phone team seem to resolve any issues Faults are waiting time to get through to speak to someone it can be over 45 minutes wait Also no sign of invoices coming through after 5 days this has happened 3 times before so then need to ring to find out what s going on with my medication

Had an issue with the payment link today but their service rep Michail sorted it for me promptly without any fuss thanks mate Oh by the way the pre recorded message before you get to speak to anyone goes on on on on Please reduce the auto repeated message time great service thank you Michial

Best Call Handlers

Lili Catherine and Dave that work the phones I m sure everyone at mamedica is just as nice I regularly get one of them on the phone and honestly makes me calm down they really understand and care and are assets to you guys I have issues now and again with deliveries getting issued on the day they are supposed to despite payment being sent sometimes more than a week before medication is due to go out however the thing that stops me changing to somewhere else is knowing those helpful people I have had the chance to speak to will always answer and apologise and be polite and usually sort it I do just wish there was a better system for looking at medication offered needing to do so much background research is very overwhelming at times just to find if it s an indica etc and if I m honest I think being able to provide what terpenes and a way to see what you ve had would create a more relaxing experience for patients that want to get the most out of their medication I would give mamedica 5 starts if it wasn t for the real lack of information provided on medication and poor customer portal interface experience

I have been a patient with Mamedica for 6 months I would rate the company highly in its products and telephone manor when dealing with calls Downside at the start was order fulfilment via the app as it didn t carry stocks I got over this by phoning orders through which I would highly recommend as the staff are great with recommendations and cheaper product replacements Over all 9 10 and they are putting in new stock control processing so the issues should iron themselves out
