I ve been with Mamedica for 9 months

I ve been with Mamedica for 9 months now and up until recently had never had an issue Everyone I ve ever spoken too at the clinic has been helpful and informative and kept me informed every step of the way Recently I had an issue with an order which resulted in me raising a complaint The lady who dealt with my situation Gail went out of her way to listen to me and understand the issue I was having and resolved it within a few phonecalls This customer service is exactly why I m happy to recommend Mamedica to anyone looking for a clinic 10 10 and a massive thanks to Gail

The experience I ve had with Mamedica

The experience I ve had with Mamedica so far has been extremely pleasant Once my GP released my medical records I had my first medication at my door within 5 days Everyone I have spoken to has been extremely helpful As a patient that medicates for anxiety I was very nervous about the consultations but I needn t have been My initial appointment and subsequent follow ups have been fantastic I can t thank Dr David G and Shailee P enough Being with Mamedica has made a substantial and positive impact to my every day life I m so glad I found them

Dave Barlow was super helpful and

Dave Barlow was super helpful and reassured me along the way that my medicine would be sent out as an emergency I was pretty anxious that my medicine wouldn t arrive on time But he and his team managed to get it sorted Thank you Mamedica hands down the best in the business Never ever let me down

Great in every way

The brilliant staff on the phones are what really makes the difference Transferred from Curaleaf as they kept pushing their own flower on me and I have so much more choice Whenever there s something I m unsure on a quick phone call soon puts my mind at ease If you re looking for a clinic that doesn t restrict what you can order you ve found the right place

Always going above and beyond to help

Mamedica seem to always go above and beyond to help I spoke to Thanuja Singh today regarding travelling to Tenerife with my prescription and she helped to guide me through the necessary steps and was friendly throughout

Good docters who actually have time and care

Good docters who actually have time and care for there patiants Repeat prescriptions are delt with easly on the web site Delivery has never been a problem all prescriptions are sent safe and secure ive been with mamedica for over 1 year now and iam happy and will be staying with mamedica as they realy do actually understand the hard ship of patiants health struggles and frustrations of patiants who generally get fobbed off on the nhs mamedica was life saver for me It helps my conditions in meny ways from pain to anxity even anti inflammatory My consultations was allways friendly and help full advice on taking my medication Thank you all at the mamedica team it has changed my life for the better It s a 5 star from me and plenty of different strains to try and see what types work best for your condition 5

Professional and Helpful

I have been with Mamedica for over a year now and I m glad I chose this clinic The doctors and helpful and the staff provide excellent customer service Repeat prescriptions are hassle free and I can arrange an appointment with a doctor consultant whenever needed The range of medical products is good and updated regularly giving me access to try what works best for me I am happy to recommend Mamedica

Mamedica are providers of top quality cannabis products for many conditions I have been with Mamedica about a year now and they haven t let me down yet I even got travel papers organised so that I could take my treatments with me for a trip to Europe and they were very responsive Recommend for their great service suite of products and quality effective treatments - five stars
