If I could give a -10 I would I ordered the mango lift bra June 30th 2021 for a wedding tat was taking place July 24th and didn t receive it until August 2nd 2021 When I ordered it I also order the lily lift bra adhesive bra from a a totally different website yet they came in the same package When the bra s came the mango lift looked and got like a 32A although I order a 32D and the lily lift bra look and for like a F when I order a D After looking on both websites for the return policy to which I couldn t find I wouldn t recommend m worst enemy either of these websites Please don t waste your money or time just go to Victoria s secrets instead

Bad quality trick return policy

This company is BS Their no hassle returns policy is 30 days from when you order the product They fail to mention that the item will take at least 4 weeks to arrive so when you try to return it they refuse to give you your money back Also beware their sizing is WAY off When you order what you think your size is based on their size chart you will undoubtedly receive something that is much smaller than you expected The quality is also much lower than advertised All around there is no way to have a good experience

Absolute money making scheme Quality is TERRIBLE I bought a 32D and what arrived could barely fir an A cup because of the amount of padding The bra also arrived in the tiniest packet so the padding had been badly dented I asked to return the product and first they asked if I didn t maybe order the wrong size Then they offered me either a full refund when returning or 20 refund if I keep it I said I would return and please could they give the return address They replied with an American address and then offered 40 refund if I keep it Obviously coming from the UK it would cost me so much to return it to America

Company says based out of New York but don t be fooled- it is from China Takes weeks to arrive after ordering sizes are way off- China can never figure out American sizes Been trying to return and get a refund for days and no response from the company

I m so mad at myself I don t know why I didn t check this website or any other website before purchasing from this company well this fake company They don t even deserve one star completely fake they don t even have a phone number to reach them apparently they have an email of which they don t even respond to I ordered my bra a MONTH ago and I have yet to receive it and I haven t even received a tracking number I m in the middle of trying to get a refund from my credit card company please do not do not do not do not do not purchase from this company and please report them if you see their ad on Snapchat or Facebook Someone needs to stop them

No tracking no customer service wrong size

Absolutely terrible I placed my order on April 22nd and NEVER received any confirmation email or tracking information even after attempting to email the company with no response I ordered two bras easily paying over 60 and they arrived squeezed into the same tiny package which permanently wrinkled the foam in the cups The best part They didn t even send me the correct size The package was labeled Small and that s exactly what I got I wear a 32B which is not big at all but not insanely tiny I definitely received an A cup for both bras because somehow my small chest is way too big for both of them What a disappointment We respond in 24-48 hours Yeah right

I d give 0 stars if I could Ordered this in mid October When I finally received the product it was ripped and missing the strap I contacted customer service and didn t hear back for almost a month They offered a partial refund or replacement and if I wanted a full refund but I had to pay to return the cheap damaged product even though they would be paying to ship a new one They took weeks after the initial email to offer me this generous solution but I already thrown it away Do not waste your money Awful customer service

This company claims they are based in New York yet this bra shipped from China in a dirty cheap bag without a packing slip The website asked for American sizing and so I put my usual size that I buy at literally any other store 34C The bra is super cheaply made and the cups are definitely not big enough for a C cup maybe they could fit an A The band size on the tag is in Chinese measurements as well saying 73-77 cm and when I used an actual tape it measured out to 67 cm In short never trust social media ads I asked to return for a refund and customer service offered a 30 refund without the return but if I wanted a full refund I d have to ship the bra back at my own cost in the original packaging This company is a joke with no integrity

mail fraud and how I reported it

I experienced mail fraud with this company I ordered the product was sent to a strange tacking page that said the package was coming from Yuwen rather than from New York where they claimed their company was based out of When the supposed delivery day came I didn t receive the package and I contacted the company who then gave me a different USPS tracking number I called USPS and they said this was likely a fraudulent company and they sent me to their official fraud investigation page to get my situation looked at and hopefully get my money back This is the website I added spaces https ehome uspis gov fcsexternal default aspxYou can also get to it by going to usps com postal Inspectors very bottom of page Report Now near bottom of page under Report A Crime Report Mail Fraud

Support is terrible Do not buy this bra

Bra arrived but was no where near the correct size Spoke with their support where they offered to send another out if we provided actual measurements rather than the size and then nothing Can t even get them to respond to an email anymore
