Great work both letting and selling property

I let my property through Marco Harris for two years and then sold it with them too Excellent communication and professionalism shown by all throughout both transactions and would 100 use again Chloe on the lettings side was always very responsive and helpful and Corren during the sale was fantastically knowledgable about a tricky shared ownership and fire safety cladding situation and overcome all challenges this posed Great work all round

I was selling my parents house as they had recently moved into a care home As a result I was unfamiliar with and did not live in the area From the moment I met Lloyd I knew I was in safe hands He demonstrated a clear understanding of the market which was reflected in a realistic house price and therefore a relatively short and smooth sales period He was my point of contact throughout the entire process which I very much appreciated He was adept in assessing potential offers and was very responsive throughout the whole process

Kieran Shannon and Coren worked tirelessly to get our house purchase over the line They sold our property in 1 day managing to secure 4 offers following an open day This enabled us to put forward offers on the house we d set our hearts on Down to the guys hard work and patience we finally got the house We moved in on Thursday and are over the moon Our sale was plain sailing but our purchase was the complete opposite however they communicated with us daily sometimes late into the evening and over weekends to keep us fully informed at every step We were so grateful for the WhatsApp group as buying and selling property can be a very stressful time being kept in the loop and updated regularly really helped to calm the nerves They really did go over and above and we re extremely grateful Their social media presence tour videos and fantastic photos were key to us achieving our sale so quickly These assets really do set them apart from their competitors We d highly recommend Marco Harris in fact we have sent friends their way already
