Bedding great Packaging awful

Pleased with what I ordered however the packaging was completely ripped open The courier asked if I still wanted to accept the package which I did once I had checked everything was there

Unhappy matalan customer

Quality could be improved of some materials used Very little that actually appeals to me as a 63 year old in women s clothing A jumper I bought recently isn t even in the store Not happy at the 99p click and collect charge especially as I had to reorder another size so had to pay twice

Wrong discription

Great online service easy to pick up in store ans good communication But item was not discribed correctly didn t mention jeans were stretch and if this was known would never have brought them will bee returning them

I live your range of clothing and home accessories But your app is not good to shop on I always have difficulty and have been unable to link my card to my mobile app Needs to be updated and looked at Also if I choose to pick up my order from the store I don t believe I should pay as always spend more in store Shops are closing all the time and this is just moving the process quicker

Web site easy to use once renewed login Unfortunatley i seem to have had problems since you updated the website Online only discount showing on my account information which would have been 30 could not be used as no way adding and site did not automatically alocate Very disappointing also whywas the discount only availiable on line

Not All of order Satisfactory

T shirt -striped and beige column midi-skirt are great but sandals broke 1 strap on 1st wearing This was trying them on Concerned about patchy dyeing of navy jumper These hopefully can be exchanged

Always queuing

Would have given more stars but requested next day delivery and it didn t arrive until day after and then had to wait for ages in queue in store to pick up someone in front spent 250 Why don t Matalan have a similar pick up set up to Next where you put in a code and wait outside of normal queue

What is wrong with the sizes

I got children clothing and the sizes are just off my average four year old is too big for a seven year old clothes I have bought clothes on offer and I can t exchange it in store only return as they don t have the size I require nor they can t order it in to the store Please resolve this issue in your stores

Honest Review

The heel part of the shoe was low quality as it was made out off like foam and normally I m a size 3 however the toe part of the shoes was too big and did not fit but everything else like the heel and the strap was good for the price it was not worth it However the shoes did arrive earlier then expected which was good These will be returned if it wasn t such a painful and confusing process

Went to buy a 3 piece men s suit in Matalan I decided on 3 colours styles but although there was some instore stock it was impossible to get the right size combination I eventually bought from Matalan online but the size choice was again limited had to make do with a longer jacket and longer trousers The only pros were the cheap price and click and collect was efficient
