Delivery cost and poor performance

Expected delivery date 18th - today s date 23rd and still no word about delivery This isn t the first time this has happened Also the charge of 0 99p for a delivery service that just seems to be getting slower leaves a lot to be desired

Disappointed that I have to pay an extra 1 to order something online because you do not stock the size in store I can understand an extra payment for the item being delivered to my home but not when I have to go back into store to pick up Not very good customer service

My order coukd not be delivered to shop after paying for my order the main item was cancelled by yourselves my money was refunded I was still charged 3 99 delivery for a pair of pyjama shorts which I never would have ordered on their own or I would havehad them delivered to shop

Item arrived smashed and to return it I was going to have to pay more than the item was purchased for If items are broken in transit a replacement should be sent

I ordered two pairs of joggers both joggers were in separate bags and on of the bags containing a pair of joggers in had a sticker attached saying damaged I didn t have the energy to complain Just goes to show that the item pickers don t even look a what they are picking

Bag with the order in was open and some of the order missing delivery driver explained it s condition and took photo disappointing as first time I ordered from matalan Not sure I will order anything again

The joggers are incredibly thin and completely see through not suitable for wearing outside at all I will use them as pyjamas and the only reason I m not sending them back is the return fee

I was notified that the package would be delivered in a 2 hour slot ending at 4 30 I had to arrange for someone to collect the children from school The timing was revised Then shortly afterwards the delivery was cancelled The next morning delivery was notified as between 12-2 and the package was delivered at 1 I will avoid online purchases in future

Most unhelpful staff

Most unhelpful staff encouraged to use self service moaned because I had a voucher which I didn t realise wasn t active until a week later My card wouldn t swipe and the staff member BARKED at me to input the number on card Felt very uncomfortable considering I d spent 95

Not very impressed

The outside of the store is pretty unappealing there are no customer toilets which if you re going to a store on a retail park there should be I would of probably spent more time there if there had been toilets I left without really looking as much as I would have liked And the store seemed to be lacking staff
