I have return the trousers and jacket because they are much too big for me I am nervous about how to do a return as have never returned anything before now Best wishes Anne Fisher

Rubbish from start to finish

Rubbish from start to finish Order jean on the 17th March online waiting for them to arrive in the shop Went yo the shop twice to see if they have come in at Harlow Still not Staff not bothered attitude Customer service crap in Harlow

Let down with order

I ordered online and paid an extra 1 99 for quick click and collect Four days later I still hadn t received any notification I contacted customer services who informed me there was a problem with the order and I d be fully refunded Not really good when you need the item had I known I would have shopped elsewhere initially rather than five days after ordering

Pay for delivery don t deliver to store as they can t track it

I m still waiting for my items to arrive 10 days later There s no contact number just an online chat who keeping telling me my items are in transit I ve been offered to wait or have a refund No help in reordering for me and now there s 20 everything Cheers MatalanUPDATE- so I contacted Matalan again as they requested They have confirmed that order has been lost and that it will be refunded but they can t help to reorder and that s it Now 2 of my items are out of stock which they weren t when I 1st started chasing my delivery Oh and the voucher they have offered can only be used online on no branded items no sale items or anything on their exclusion list Leaves a lot of choices considering its your mess up

Received the wrong item

Received the wrong item and spoke with someone online who explained they couldn t send me the right item I had to purchase again I ordered again incurring postage charges again only to receive the incorrect item for a second time

Bad service

Paid for next day delivery Evi email next day saying oops Chased Matalan for order for a week said they had sent replacement still nothing and proceeded to cancel and refund my order without explanation

Ordered on line click collect expecting item that day You sent me a message to say you would let me know when Days days went by and I heard nothing In order to track order I had to log onto matalan set up password etc Tracker said it would arrive the following Tuesday which was too late as item was a gift I was annoyed Next day day I got message to say item was ready for collection Very slow with conflicting info Poor service

They sent me the wrong item Really difficult to make contact with to explain As standard you have to pay to return items here but it s not easy to get in touch to explain that this isn t my fault so I shouldn t have to pay for the return

Order still not arrived

Being asked to write a review when my order has still not been received is a bit of an error in the system 9 days so far and still no confirmation of arrival into store Yet with other big brands I can get next day delivery to store so very frustrating and disappointing

Talk too long to receive item ordering

Talk too long to receive item ordering on line is quite quick but then you have to sit on your hands waiting for Matalan to deliver to collection point
