Massive SCAM Purchased a mattress about 2 months ago Never got it delivered Emailed them many times a lady called Stefanie Gielke replied to me pretending that she is the manager she is not though I ve been asking her to share the contact details of the management which she denied this has been ongoing for more than 5 weeks now No proper reply from them no refund nothing I d recommend to not waste your money on this website as it did happen to me Response to their pointless comment Do you understand English I specifically mentioned that I contacted your legal department and nothing has been done Speak to Stefanie Gielke

Awful service never again

The site states that the product should arrive within 2 days However it took them 11 days to deliver my order They only sent the package when I contacted them after a week of waiting Then I finally got an email that my package would be delivered however even though I was waiting the whole day the package did not arrive Then once again I had to file a complaint for them to finally find it and deliver it A very disappointing and stressful experience

The worst company I ever bought from

The worst mattress I ever bought Smelled insanely bad I had a headache for several days Oeko-Tex is a scam it only helps companies prove compliance with EU regulations nothing more Of course there is no return option and the shipping ended up costing 100 Avoid this scam at all cost EDIT 04 09 24 I contacted customer service again as they suggested and this came back from them We have copied a text from the Internet for you First air the new cold foam mattress well Exactly how long you should air the cold foam mattress ultimately depends on the smell The truth is that they are selling inferior products at a premium price A mattress should not smell like this not after 2 months I re-affirm my recommendation Do not buy from this company

Enjoy weightless sleep with the 20 cm

Enjoy weightless sleep with the 20 cm high Sleezzz Premium mattress which is ideal for people with orthopedic problems or tension The 3-layer core combines soft viscoelastic foam with supportive cold foam and provides optional lying comfort on both sides medium firm this is what is written in the description of the mattress but that s not true I ve never had such a hard and uncomfortable mattress I wake up with back pain every day and will most likely have to buy new mattresses
