I ordered a 140 200 mm mattress and got a 100 200 mm one Also I asked for a H3 hardness and received a H2 H3 This product does not correspond to the one that I paid I wish I can return it but the site does not have a contact page I already sent a message to you for which I expect an answer but the address seems to be incomplete and the e-mail unreachable I really hope I m wrong and it s up to you to prove me that Thanks

Didn t arrive
Didnt arrive No update on tracking since the day I ordered and all emails to customer service are rejected Ive been scammed Ten emails I have sent and No response How do I get my money back from a company that I cannot contact I wish I had never done it it I was a FOOL to believe the reviews WHERE are the REAL REVIEWS Still hasn t arrived and still no response to emails

Recently purchased a mattress form this company No hint on the website that the price charged would be increased by import VAT Duty and Admin fee of 62 22 About 27 more than the advertised price Previously a customer on Trust Pilot experience the same issue and was advised not to pay this Only by looking into the small print after placing the order is there a reference to the fact that this is a German company and charges may apply All very vague Speaking to the company they were also a bit vague I thought under UK consumer law all charges had to be made clear at time of purchase This appears to be a UK website advertising goods in s Beware any future customers

I would have given 5 stars even though the delivery was a bit late However this company s use of GLS as a delivery partner led me to award it one star The experience was poor I paid for to door delivery The driver didn t bother to stop by The driver simply left the mattress at the pickup store I had to go to the store and pick up a heavy mattress and drag it all the way home because I don t have a car On the way home I caused damage to my mattress dragging it on the ground GLS is a terrible company to work with their carelessness is unacceptable

Following my previous review where I believe this company is in breach of the Trades Description Act by not making it clear at time of purchase that the price would be subject to and extra 27 Due to VAT Import duty and a handling fee Makes the price less competitive In my case due to an error on their behalf I was invoiced for the extra 27 twice Initially no help was forthcoming from Matratzen who said it was not their problem After 27 email exchanges 7 phone calls with couriers and Matratzen I have managed to get the Courier to drop the extra charge - about a month later No thanks to Matratzen who failed to get back to me and didnt even have the decency to apologise Sounds like a two woman company with no real customer service They say you can tell what a comany is really like by how they react when things go wrong Certainly true in thier case I woant use them again and strongly advise other not to

I ordered a european double mattress difficult to return
I ordered a european double mattress Requested the emails to be in English company did not provide tracking It was dumped behind the house unexpectedly Unfortunately the mattress is too hard I sent them an email to say that I want to return it as it was well within the 28 day time for return The return form is only German I believe the customer has to pay for returning which is not very visible on their website Company did not bother to reply at all I could not return as there was no communication at all I would not recommend this company at all

Very poor experience
Although online order was placed 5 days back and full payment was made there is no update on delivery and shipping Before order confirmation the delivery date was showing 2 days After payment is made there is no further update when the shipment will actually arrive Customer support is very slow to respond and does not have a clue about the shipment Better to avoid such online portals who do not have any accountability
