I would give 0 stars if possible I ordered on Dec the 3rd and paid for priority shipping I was told it would ship on the 11th I emailed never got anything back emailed again and was told that on the 13th someone got Covid in the warehouse and they were shut down keep in mind--my order was suppose to go out no later that the 11th I paid for priority shipping--I asked for a refund I was told on the 23rd that the money would be back on my card in 3-5 days today is the 5th of Jan and still no refund nothing pending with my bank No one has contacted me back--do not do business with this company I really think they are scammers

Scam

I bought a few things from them The items never arrived They provided no support except blaming the carrier and refusing to provide any support Pretty strange company Seems like a scam Avoid

I ordered a keyboard February 9th paid 135 and still have not received anything There s no number to contact on the website I will never order from them again This company is trash

talk about a trash keyboard some of you guys havn t even gotten your board yet and that is ridiculous I have gotten mine and its been a little over 3 months and everything inside the keyboard is messed tf up I play with a tilt on my keyboard and everytime i turn it a degree the keyboard just shuts off completely If you guys want a good keyboard get the razer huntsman good 65 and way better than this trash

This place is a scam Do not buy anything from them No customer service no phone number received product but it was not what grandson needed so tried to contact to purchase what he needed and send back the unneeded item Stuck with it

this company keeps on sending me soooooooooo much spam the sshipping is late the customar service is crap and they dont send you what you order PLEASE do NOT buy ANYTHING WHATSOEVER from matrix keyboards just dont

Customer Support is horrible

I d give zero stars if it was an option I pre-ordered a keyboard from them a while back The keyboard worked for about a day before the software bugged out I contacted support and sent in a form to get a replacement and it has been over 2 months since I have heard anything Customer support is really bad They wont accept any bad reviews on their site so it looks like they only get good ones Keyboards are extremely overpriced and they just ignore you when something goes wrong I will not be ordering from them again unless they somehow their customer service team starts to care about their customers

One of the most shady small businesses

One of the most shady small businesses that I had to deal with Told them to cancel my order multiple times before shipment of the item Proceeds to ship the item even though I disputed it with the bank and won Then sends me numerous aggressive emails which seem to be written by a 5 year old about how I m a bad person etc etc Clearly they don t understand business or how cancellations and or chargebacks work They also lied about how I communicated with them to my bank to try and fight back against my dispute and guess what I had email proof of my statements with timestamps of all the messages I ve sent them disproving their case entirely Clearly a deceptive company that is money hungry and quickly trys to play the victum card which failed them once again Thank you Chase for handling the scum that these people are DONT BUY THERE PRODUCTS
