Initial conversation with office was very good Maria was informative helpful and friendly - and efficient Engineer Chris called ahead - and having finished previous job early checked if I wanted the original appointment or an earlier visit if convenient On arrival Chris offered to take off his shoes checked over the system explained the work and options available and showed me evidence of past mild leaking from joints I also had a couple of questions arising since last service by another independent servicing engineer Chris was very helpful checked back with office on one issue and made good recommendations for way ahead Work completed well and left clean and tidy Given relative age of system the office will consider the various Plan Options and come back to me with a recommendation for best way ahead

Reliability and professionalism I m a landlord and use Matt Grange for myself and tenants They are flexible and have responded to emergencies they are affordable and work to a high standard They have always been there when needed The staff are very friendly polite and professional at every level of business Highly recommended
