The texture of the backpack is very good and the appearance is exquisite The length of the straps can be fixed very well and there are strap clips to fix the excess straps The manufacturer has also done a good job in the warranty part When my backpack was used for a month the strap link was broken I asked the customer service by email and the reply was quite fast about a day or so and finally the customer service will send a new backpack Give it to me thanks to customer service for providing such a solution

A very positive experience with Maverick It all went pretty well but I had to wait for a while before the bag arrived The reason for not giving it full marks is that the zipper is rather stiff I can t zip the bag with one hand and I m concerned it might break
