Placed an order the 23 09 2023 - online is stated 5-12 working days delivery time To this day 14 days have been running and I still haven t got my ordered bag money has been paid when placing the order Tracking system is rubbish I hope haven t been updated since the 26 09 2023Had hoped for at better service

39 express shipping lost twice

39 for express shipping 2 weeks later my bag is lost in the system with no help from Maverick after doing a lot of detective work they had completely the wrong address 1 month later they are attempting redelivery and this time not even the tracking works and the company has no idea where the bag is Insane

Product not as seen on images Charged a fortune for postage 15 and another 15 for return which didn t actually include the postage I only assume it was for tax Returns process is the most complex I ve experienced and feels like they are making it difficult Won t buy from them again and wouldn t recommend

Scam

Placed an order for the Weekender on 6 Mar received an email confirmation that it has been shipped on 8 march and expected date to be received is between 11 - 16 March The tracking number cannot be found even up till today Emailed support who said they ll get back but didn t Gonna call my bank to void the transaction if I don t hear back by 16th

Handles rubbed off bribed for a good review

I bought my husband the Manhattan leather briefcase in brown red for Christmas 2022 and since then he used it probably 2 -3 times a week normal usage - he has an office job which he commutes to by car It s been 6 months and the colour and texture on both handles have completely rubbed off I contacted support to see if this was a defect on this particular bag and what they could do about it They just told me that sweat and improper storage can cause it and that it wasn t covered by their warranty The best part was they said they would only replace the bag if I left them a good review and sent them a screenshot to prove it and if I didn t leave a good review I would have to send the bag to Hong Kong myself to get it repaired It s a shame as it s a nicely designed bag but terrible quality and customer support

Faulty Straps

Purchased the Weekender bag for my partner in early May of 2022 September of 2022 we had to contact the company to replace the strap as it had broken Fast forward to September of 2023 guess what the strap brakes again We emailed the company for a replacement however they would not replace it as it was not in there warranty period For a 300 at the time bag you wouldnt expect the strap to brake let alone twice in a year

Shocking and Disappointing After-Sale-Service

Bought a bag slightly less than a year ago The main zipper of the bag broke after less than a year of purchase and usage Wrote them an email enquiring the warranty process but was offered a brand new band for free should I leave a positive feedback I m asked to send a printscreen after posting the dishonest feedback for them to process the warranty Shocked and disappointed at the audacity and how the company handles after-sale-service Would not recommend and would not make any future purchase
