I ordered a Nexus Travel Duffel and a Vibrant Voyage Briefcase for my daughters birthday The briefcase came in a few days without a problem The duffel bag took forever It was stuck in customs and then DHL was having a hard time delivering it took almost 3 weeks Well past my daughters birthday Finally arrived The product is beautiful and looks really well made I would order again I just hope they don t use DHL

It is with great pleasure that I recommend the Manhattan laptop double zip bag and the Aviator 15 I first purchased the Manhattan 1 year ago when I had grown tired of the backpack look I was ready for a more professional look and this bag sure did deliver It is classically shaped with a pop of color This bag holds everything for day-to-day use and is a fantastic personal item when traveling I get more compliments on this bag from strangers than anything else I own It is made from high-quality materials and has worn very well with daily use over the year I recommend this bag without reservations Because I liked the Manhattan so much I purchased the Aviator 15 to use when I am on 24 call at the hospital it too is well made and stylish and allows me to easily pack 2 or 3 meals worth of food Alternatively it easily stores a change of cloths and bath essentials in case I need to catch a flight right after work I have contacted customer service with a couple of questions They are easy to work with and incredibly responsive Each time my question was resolved quickly and completely I will definitely purchase another bag when the time comes I hope you to can have the same experience I have had with this company Dr T Trauma Surgeon

Great customer service While travelling my bag handle got a tear it was not completely broken but decided to contact the customer service and they told me to send the proof of purchase and a photo of bag with the tear part And just like that they promise me to send a new one instead of repairing it Thank you so much maverick and co for quick response and for sending me a new bag Definitely a top notch customer service and aftersale
