Ordered a brief case for my brother on the 26th of April today is the 10th of May and it is yet to be dispatched despite paying 35 for express shipping Customer service team is useless and say it takes up to 10 days for engraving and 3 days for shipping Even according to this timescale they are very late and don t seem very apologetic simply saying they have high demand and I will defiantly get what I ordered We are just a bit behind the schedule due to a high volume of personalized tags but we will fulfill our promise to send your order Is what their condescending customer service team sent me They do not seem to understand it is not a matter of getting what I ordered of course I will eventually get it its a matter of getting it on time since I was charged for express service Very frustrating experience companies like these make me want to stay away from Ecommerce websites all together Slow service poor communication and condescending Customer service team

I just purchased their lite backpack The price was good the backpack just ok I have seen much better layouts plus it seemed small overall That said my real issue is shipping The product is shipped from Hong Kong and cost me 50 just for shipping You better make sure you like the bag from their site without seeing it simply because if not you also have to pay to return the bag Which if you factor that in its almost the price of the bag itself Much better going to a site that ships from the U S or Amazon Prime Will not make this mistake again

I was so close to place an order and was very happy with the item and the price but the system forcing me to pay for an Express shipment which is 50 There is no option for a regular shipment I don t think so

Order MC44036Horrible experience Ordered on the 26th of April and still have not received my items All I got from them were excuses and requests that I be patient Why should I be patient when the order I paid for is more than a month late and you still can not get it to me I payed almost 40 for express delivery and they refused to refund the delivery fee offering a measly 25 refund of the delivery Is it fair to pay 75 for express delivery when the product is more than a month late I still have not received this product btw I left negative reviews which Maverick had removed unfortunately so writing this for anyone thinking of buying from Maverick Don t They won t send you items give you a whole bunch of excuses and not even have the courtesy to refund the delivery charge I ended up just disputing with my credit card company because more than a month later no sign of my product Horrible Company Worst experience ever

Watch out The refund is misrepresented You have to pay for the shipping fee Customer service is very well aware of their misrepresentation but they seem to be okay with it The brief is fine I didn t like it but I found the return policy frustrating and had to pay 40 to send it back Order only if you think you won t return

I purchased the Aviator Weekender bag I have got mixed feelings I love the design and size I think this is an ideal bag for business travel with carry-on bag Love the opening of the bag which gives you full access Unfortunately I don t like the quality It feels cheap china made bag if you compare it to other bags for the same money The materials are cheap The sewing is not precise and ugly Vegan leather aka plastic no comment Laptop compartment does not have foam from all sides so if you drop the bag the laptop will hit the floor as there is no cushion Missing strip for carry-on luggage I think the bag is not worth the money It pretends to be upper market bag but its not

A nice bag but the quality on the handle is poor and it s interesting to see similar reviews online I m office based so the bag is used to transport a laptop from my car to my office 2 minutes each way - that s it The bag is less than 1 year old and the colour has faded and is beginning to peel I reached out to customer service as the bag carries a premium price as well as a premium warranty however I was disappointed to receive a response that essentially highlighted that this wasn t covered as they couldn t prove how the bag was being used There s a breach of my consumer rights as the quality is neither fit for purpose as the finish is inadequate I had a ted baker bag previously which didn t wear until it was 3-4 years old and it was cheaper so I d urge you to consider one of those instead

Received several discount code offers to take an extra 5-30 off their existing online sales Went through the process of ordering and when I got to the end the extra discount codes didn t work Contacted customer support and they told me the offers weren t valid together Their marketing lies about the discounts being extra despite both discounts being mentioned in the same email It s misleading and deceptive

This product is absolutely not worth the premium price tag There are many better quality options for the same price or for significantly less money While the design is well thought out and it seems to be well stiched it s very clear to see in places that the leather is very thin and certainly not a premium full-grain Saffiano leather Rather it s a middle-layer of thin leather with a waxed coating that has a Saffiano texture Most of the chrome fittings are very obviously painted plastic so the finish will deteriorate very quickly and the interior lining is extremely poor feeling polyester As a bag it is fine My main issue is that this is advertised and priced as a premium product and what you will receive is absolutely not that If this bag was 150 instead of 350 Australian dollars it would be a solid purchase and fairly reasonable value
